Great location but parking isn’t clear and walls are paper thin Their parking instructions are not clear upon arrival. You either reserve a spot near the building for $10/day or park down the street for $20/day. Ear plugs are apparently provided so you aren’t woken up by the screaming kid next door at 6am. Great walking distance to everything though.

Likes: Love the location, couldn't be any closer to downtown! Short walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The rental was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Easy check-in and check out process. We would definitely stay here again! Dislikes: The fact that there isn't at least one on-site parking space available. It is manageable but not ideal.

Love The Mint House This is a great space in an absolutely perfect location. Love having the amenities that an apartment provides as opposed to just a hotel room. The staff could not have been better! We would definitely recommend the Mint House for anyone who wants to stay downtown Greenville.

The place was great and just as advertised. You pay a premium to be in this central location, but it was worth it for us. Staff is friendly, and although I had to wait several days on my request for an early check-in, they did eventually give it to me. Highly recommend this place for a visit to Greenville.

Highly recommend Mint House for exploring downtown Greenville! Likes: We stayed at Mint House for a Greenville girls’ trip. The location was perfect and we walked everywhere. The property was clean, comfortably appointed, and safe. Dislikes: On-site parking was full by the time we realized we needed to reserve it, but we were given the address for another parking deck only 375 feet away, which was great. All in all, it wasn’t an issue. Staff was very helpful!

Best place to stay in Greenville SC Me and my family visit Greenville frequently for different reasons. This has been the 5th time staying at Mint house downtown and it always fulfill our expectations. The location, accomodations, surroundings, unit furnishings and service of the Minthouse team make it worth coming back every time. It's a great place to stay! Definitely recommend it.

Nice apartment located within walking distance to everything in Downtown Greenville. Restaurants, Falls Park, Night life, Arts Festival were all an easy walk. Parking at the location is a bit of a chore and accurate instructions were not on the standard check in responses especially if you need to obtain a permit. (Which cost $10/day and not included with your stay). Otherwise would stay again.

My stay at Mint House was exactly what I was looking for on my trip in Greenville. I was traveling with a friend for my company‘s charity golf tournament and a lot of activities were downtown. I am from Greenville originally and my stay there felt right at home, convenient to anything downtown and very walkable.

Solid apartments, but noisy The apartments are spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you need. The location is ideal... just across from the Swamp Rabbit trail and tons of restaurants and things to do. Not having parking included was a bummer as I ended up paying a lot to park my car in the garage across the street. Also, the walls in the apartment building are thin so you can hear plumbing from other units. I was unfortunately put in a unit right above the Orangetheory and I could hear the classes going on...

Wedding Weeked We were in town for a wedding in downtown Greenville. Not only was this a very affordable option, it was also in an amazing location, close to everything downtown, and 3 bedrooms with the addition of a common area is a much better experience than a hotel.

Likes: Very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Easy check-in. Had everything I needed. Dislikes: I was put in a unit above the orange theory and if there is a class going on, you can hear absolutely everything. Also can hear the plumbing through the walls when other people flush the toilet. Also having no parking included is a bummer as you have to pay a lot extra for parking.

Amazing apartment and location Likes: Beautiful place, right in the centre of Greenville Dislikes: Can be a bit difficult to book a reservation with a UK bank card. It may be down to booking.com, but I've never had a problem anywhere else.

Great place and location! First time in Greenville and this was a perfect place to be. Walkable to great sites, restaurants and the AC hotel where the wedding was. Lots of room for my family to spread out. Would definitely stay again.

Mint house was a fantastic location and clean spacious apartment. Very little kitchen ware if your planning to cook but easily walkable to many restaurants and event spaces. Only downside was the loud no muffler cars that seemed to cruise by until fairly late on the weekends. Quite loud. I knew I was in trouble when I checked in and saw ear plugs in the basket. Checking in you could not find the unit number on the keypad as they are all in order but ours was missing? Had to wait for someone to open the door. Very nice stay if loud noise at night doesn’t bother you.

Ok…. Great location, Likes: Location, comfortable bed Dislikes: Broken lamp switch, turned up rug was a tripping hazard. Air conditioner was too loud. No fresh air as windows are sealed. Cheap fixtures in kitchen sink and bathroom. Floor was dirty. I couldn’t go barefoot without my feet getting dirty

Good value nice location safe, parking was pricy but ok hard to find the ramp , had to call maintenance twice they did not have the TV hooked up after painting and the fire alarm in our room was faulty which they came to fix but could not and had to remove it . We still had a good time beds comfortable large area for all. Location was great right downtown nice location for walking. Young man came quickly to fix issues we had.

The place was very clean. Everything was functional and well kept. The location was amazing. My one complaint is the bed was very uncomfortable, and it made the loudest creaking noise with even the slightest movement. Still, a nice place for a good price!

Talk about a hidden gem. With a family of 4, booking a hotel was going to be double the cost with half the space. Sure, parking was off-sight, but a 2-night stay in an apartment was WAY better than staying in a hotel room. The ceilings were high and the place felt incredibly spacious. The kitchen had all of the essentials (not that we needed it with the abundance of restaurant options) and the beds were comfortable. The proximity to all of the attractions right in the center of the city was unmatched for the price! The river park was a few steps away and the baseball stadium is right up the block. I will definitely book here again!
