This place is clean, well appointed and a great location.

I've never booked with KASA before but I was delighted by the wonderfully courteous, patient and expert help from "Izza" to book and assistance with my first KASA virtual check in experience, easy to follow arrival and entry instructions, early check in and late check out options, fabulous clean acommodations, excellent quality beds, pillows and towels. All kitchen utensils were there and in top shape si we saved $200 cooking our own food and resting in the condo watching the football game on the nice big wall TV screen. We had a great balcony and view of Greeneville. The location of our Mint House Condo was PERFECT. We didn't even unpark our car for our entire stay because we could walk to everything we needed in Downtown Greenville in just 3 to 5 min. We enjoyed our walk to Liberty Falls, browsing the inside of the beautiful Grand Bohemian Lodge to see all the Native American artwork, jewelry and architecture, and walking to cafes and restaurants and stores nearby. There's even a CVS 1 block down the street. The text communication with KASA representatives was extremely responsive and courteous, when I needed to ask any question or needed any help. When I returned, "Jet" was very polite and knowledgeable and he helped me so much with a billing question that I had about parking. We will definitely stay there again, next time we go to Greenville, because the MINT HOUSE has the most beautiful clean accommodations in the perfect DT location and KASA has the most incredible prompt assistance by phone or text.

Nice spacious room. Only complaints were elevator sounds and a mysterious banging for 45 minutes that started around 4 am. However, I never sleep well the first night in a strange room. Great location!

Our stay at Mint House was great! We did have an issue as the smoke detector in the primary bedroom was chirping when we arrived. I messaged the host that we would be going to dinner and they could enter the property while we were gone. Upon our return, the chirping had stopped. Communication with the host was excellent! The stay was great as well as the location. We will definitely stay at Mint House again.

Great place convenient to downtown Greenville!

Our stay was great! Easy check-in/checkout, great location in downtown. Everything felt clean. Would definitely recommend this stay to a friend!

Great amenities and nearby attractions. Parking was confusing at first and somewhat doesn't make any sense.

The room was ideally located downtown, within walking distance of the park, restaurants, and shopping. It provided everything we required and offered a rather pleasant view.

We loved our stay here!! The place was exactly as described, the instructions were clear on how to get in and the place was very neat and tidy. We loved how close it was to all the fun restaurants and shops. We’ll be coming back and staying here again for sure. Highly recommend!

Overall a good stay and would stay again but hope the cleanliness would be a bit better. Likes: Pros for this property. Great location, great prompt correspondence with the property, very comfortable beds and pillows. Easy access and very safe building. Well stocked with bedding and kitchen supplies. Dislikes: The pictures didn’t fully match our rooms although I understand there are many apartments within the complex. It was a bit dirty. The bathrooms could have used more care with cleaning along with the vents in the bathrooms. We had to resupply with TP. There was coffee left in the pot. Fans in the bedroom plan would be nice for circulation. They did offer to come back and clean but we had already moved in at that point.

The location is perfect for exploring Falls park and downtown Gville. The apartment was clean overall but the toilet had been used and not flushed. When we reported it, they tried to send a maintenance person which we promptly cancelled since it wasn’t a maintenance issue. Minor for sure, just seemed to be a disconnect in communications. We accidentally left with the parking pass and they were gracious about letting us return it. We did find it off putting that there was an extra charge for parking and for early check in.

We had a wonderful stay! The space was beautiful, and I especially loved the big windows and all the morning light. The view was fantastic, and the location was perfect for walking to the park, the Peace Center, and so many great restaurants. The thoughtful touches like the bottled water and cookies were such a nice surprise, and check-in and check-out were both incredibly easy. Overall, it was a great experience. I would absolutely stay here again!

It is beautiful place, we really enjoyed our stayed there. Private place, very close to downtown and beautiful surroundings. The host were always taking care of everything. Next time in Greenville for sure we stay there

Parking was the only real issue I had because I arrived before I got the check-in email. Had I waited, i less if you’re gonna be playingt was perfectly clear what I needed to do. It was located in a very convenient place close to Falls Park. It was a spacious unit and everything was clean. Very pleased.

This place is downtown and easily accessible. The bed was comfortable and the water hot. Plenty of room for the two of us. We'll likely stay here again in the next few months.

The space was extremely nice. It is very close to a lot of my family and I’s favorite spots downtown. We needed a quick stay and are grateful that the Kasa team was able to help us with just that!

This condo has a great location. Easy stroll to Reedy Falls and Main Street. Communication was easy and prompt. We had a few issues, but they were resolved without problem. The parking lot is adjacent and easy access. The only problem was the limited number of spaces, which are open to the general public. We returned one evening to find the lot full due to a baseball game. Even though we had a pass we had to go find parking elsewhere. Like this lot, other lots are $10 for 24 hours. I would definitely stay here again.

We were really excited to stay here, especially due to location. However, upon arrival, 2 hours after our original check in time, the Airbnb was a mess. The beds were unmade and dirty, dirty dishes remained, floors weren’t done, etc. - the cleaning team hadn’t been there, at all. The host wasn’t responsive/they don’t have the correct number listed to call, so we had to message through their AI system, which was particularly unhelpful. We were informed that it would take 1-2 hours for the cleaning team to get done (so 3-4 hours past check in time). After an hour of waiting, the cleaning team still hadn’t shown up to start on our Airbnb so we ended up leaving. Thankfully, we got in contact via googling their website, but by that point, it was too late. They did refund our stay, but we had to find another Airbnb last minute due to the schedule we had.

Disappointing experience due to a terrible smell. Management seemed like they were already aware of this issue - wish they warned us and took this unit offline before we showed up. Something was wrong with the drainage and it smelled like rotten fish/ sewage. Had to cancel and rebook a new hotel that was much more expensive. Only reason this isn’t a 1 star is because they refunded me within 24 hrs and were responsive (although I had to contact Airbnb to make sure I got my money back).

It was a great experience and great area to explore will come back if I’m back in this area

We had an amazing stay! We were able to walk anywhere and everywhere! We have two boys- 6 & 4 and even they had the best time walking around Greenville! We highly recommend and would stay again.

Room was clean, huge, check in was easy. Especially if you’re introverted!

The location of the apartment was perfect for me. I was seeing a concert at Peace Center and it was a very short walk over. The apartment was very clean and easy to get in and out of with the codes and doors. It has all the basic items but nothing extra in the kitchen. I enjoyed my night here.

Nice room, great location but not smooth check in process !

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the room. The balcony was nice as well. Our only issue was that we never received an email with check-in instructions prior to our stay. We were throughly confused upon arrival. A quick phone call sent us in the correct direction and no more issues arose during our stay.

Location was awesome, good amount of space and good price! You do have to pay for the parking which they don’t mention, and they also say they allow dogs on Expedia, but beware it’s at an additional cost. The main living space and bedroom were clean, however the bathroom was not. Stains in the shower, on the bathroom walls, dust, and empty shower wash bottle in the bathroom. It wasn’t gross just not hotel level clean. Otherwise great location and price for the stay

Hotel room was clean & spacious with a full kitchen & laundry. My only negative was $10/day parking. It's a very small lot and was full when we arrived. We had to sit around and wait for someone to leave. The $10/day is a bit deceiving. We only stayed for 1 night so that should be $10 for the 24hrs but instead they charged $10 for Saturday & $10 for Sunday. Their parking app also does not let you pre-pay for the next day. We had to wait until after midnight before the app would allow us to pay for Sunday parking. Had we known that we would have done the nearby parking garage for less money & less wait time.
