We rented this apartment for an event we attended in the area. We had 5 adults and 1 child. The location is great and in the heart of downtown Greenville.
Pros: Clean, great location, comfortable beds and pillows, plenty of bath towels, great blow dryer, hand and shower soaps well stocked
Cons: family room furniture is not very comfortable and there's limited seating. The biggest issue, as others have mentioned in their reviews, is the light and noise in one of the king bedrooms. The couple that slept in this room didn't have a great experience and ended up buying ear plugs after the 1st night. They REALLY should install black out curtains.
Need to stock more drinking glasses
Only 1 paid parking space is available for a 3 bedroom apartment, which isn't ideal. However, we found more parking nearby.
Overall it was a good value for the location.
