GREAT Location! Loved the location of this property close to the River Park and the West End Historic District. The 3-bedroom, 2-bath apartment we stayed in perfectly accommodated my brother, sister and husband and me. We loved the spacious living room where we could gather over morning coffee to plan our day's activities yet we still each had our own private rooms for sleeping and such. GREAT accommodation! Would totally recommend.

The location was great. The parking was hit or miss. But the only thing that would keep us from staying here again is the seating situation. This was a 2 bedroom condo, and had one TINY couch to watch tv on. There were a few barstools at the counter, but those aren’t meant to sit at and watch tv. It was sooo uncomfortable! And after being out all day and walking around, you just want to chill out and relax on the couch. There wasn’t a tv in the main bedroom, so chilling in bed and watching tv isn’t an option.

What I paid for is not what I got Likes: Location Dislikes: I paid over $800 for a room with a balcony and I did not receive a room with a balcony. And the only thing that I've gotten from you guys was we apologize. The only thing I'm looking for is a full or partial refund to make it right.

Beautiful place and bigger then expected!

Great location just steps from the falls and in the epicenter of DT activity. The rental was clean, quiet and roomy, the staff were super friendly and responsive. I found this rental experience to be unique, it's a hybrid hotel/AB&B, I would describe it as a glorified Residence Inn, its stocked with the bare essentials. My only real complaint is that I found the furniture uncomfortable, specifically the mattress, it was horrific.

Paid for, Didn't get Paid over $800 for a room with a balcony for 2 days just to receive a room without a balcony. But I did get a lot of apologies That equates to $0. I would like a refund please.

Great location and space! We were pleasantly surprised at how fantastic Mint House is! Great location within walking distance of parks and restaurants and the entire downtown area! Apartment was clean and well furnished! Area is well lit and we felt very safe and comfortable exploring at night! Beds were extremely comfortable and soft! We will absolutely stay here whenever we make a trip to Greenville!

Need a fan in the bedroom. And there was a weird smell in the elevator. The fan in the living room felt like if I pulled the chain one more time it was going to fall down. And a little bigger balcony would have been nice.

Excellent location, service and appartment I stayed in the appartment for 8 days, travelling for business. Check-in and Check-out procedure was very simple, excellent customer service, very clean, and location/parking were very convenient.

Missed the mark for us… The 2 bedroom we stayed in wasn’t set up properly to accommodate more than 2 people! Had only a tiny couch that only 2 people could fit on…but not big enough to curl up on and relax. No other seating, unless you wanted to sit at the bar top to watch tv.

Clean, spacious apartment located perfectly for exploring beautiful downtown Greenville. Likes: The location is fantastic! You can easily walk to all the great restaurants, shops and Falls Park. Dislikes: The main sitting room could have had a little more comfortable furniture. There were 6 of us in a 3 bedroom which was spacious, but this area could be better appointed.

Great property This property had one of the best locations in Greenville. The unit was spotless and the staff there were so helpful with taking care of our needs. Very spacious and comfortable.

Awesome place to stay for a weekend getaway. Just one note that parking isn’t included (you just have to pay $10 per day to park in a lot in front of the building), but really not a big deal. Would happily stay here again

Great stay and great customer service We had a great stay. The on site concierge and guest services were very helpful and friendly. Everything was close enough to walk to, the falls were right down the street. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We will be back!

Fantastic property and location Communication was spot on I did feel a little uneasy with some of the questions They were much more invasive that staying at a standard VRBO or hotel We were ask to submit photos of our IDs as well as background checks A list of every persons information staying with us (our children) Aside from this the stay was fantastic

I loved everything about this place. Once me and the kids figured out Main Street, we really appreciated how close we were to everything. Didn’t have to get in the car at all. The rooms were more than spacious, super clean, plenty of towels, the beds were very comfortable. I read reviews about the noise from the Orangetheory downstairs but we didn’t hear it at all. The apartment had eye masks and ear plugs in cute decorative pouches just in case. The eye masks did come in handy because there are not black out curtains so it gets really bright in there in the morning! Keurig machine with coffee options (including sweeteners) were there waiting for us in the very well stocked kitchen . Thank you for an amazing stay at an affordable price for this single mama with two teenage boys who were also very impressed (and that’s hard to do)!

Great location The mint house in Greenville downtown was perfectly located in walking distance to Main St and the parks and falls. The 2 bdrm unit was clean and comfortable. The master bedroom bed was quite low to the floor which was difficult for older people to get in and out of but bed was comfortable. TV was awkward in navigating with no instructions. Found antenna on day3 for local chanels. All other amenities were good

Pleasantly surprised with the rooms. Be patient finding the entrance the first time. Would be better if there was a designated unloading space to avoid predatory towing while you are unloading/ checking in.

We arrived to check in after 9pm, only to learn the code and apartment number were blank in the template that was sent. Person who answered our call was very helpful. Finally got upstairs and unpacked, went to pull out the sofa bed, crumbs and someone else’s dirty sock were under the couch cushions. Other areas need maintenance. Happy to share photos.

Great location and clean but the Mint House staff to assist to get in on the phone is no help. Likes: Location, room, clean Dislikes: the same credit card that was used for the down payment could not be used for Mint House/Greenville for final payment. It was the same credit card. Booking.com has me as My middle name and last name. (i go by my middle name). My credit card is First name, middle initial, then last name. We were given tasks to perform like sending a picture of Driver's License, which we did 2 hours before check in but no one would let us know what to do. We called 3 times before our check in time of 3 pm but no one could help us. We got there at 15 to 3:00 and sat in front of Mint House. We saw someone inside the door with a name tag and we knocked on the door and she saw us and helped us. Very frustrating dealing with Mint house on the phone because they couldn't help us at all. Everyone boasts about customer service and most back it up except here. This is my opinion only due to my experience.

Furman, Greenville ideal location! We were visiting Furman and this was recommended in a parent group. We booked the three bedroom so we all had our own bedroom and the kids shared a bathroom. It is an a fantastic location close to downtown. The parking was confusing and we finally figured it out the last night there. I have already booked 3 more stays since my daughter committed! For the price you get a lot of space for everyone to spread out. Highly recommend!

Our stay started off shaky because our room number was changed so the code did not match the room. Luckily there was someone who noticed that we were having trouble getting in. After some research she told us that our room had switched - there was no message to me about this. She was very helpful. The location was amazing, the place was clean and efficient. We will stay again.

We've stayed at the Mint House several times and it never disappoints. Perfect location, short walk to all the downtown attractions including great restaurants. We will be back!

Given the chance I would stay here again. It was very clean and in a great location, and about half the price of local hotels for big group. It would have been nice to have towel hooks in the bathroom. Also, someone was supposed to come fix our wifi and never showed, but we were able to use the guest wifi. Our room was directly above Orange Theory, and classes start early, which may be a problem for light sleepers. Ear plugs were provided.

Great… Likes: Location and cleanliness Dislikes: Only negative was there was only one cart for checking in and out. Need several of those. Had to make several trips checking in and out which is hard with small children.

Great location and excellent value. For the price of a nearby hotel, The Mint House provides 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, and living area. The space sleeps 8, but only 7 people are allowed to book. I had an issue when booking where I couldn't select more than 3 people, but you can enter everyone when you go through the check-in process.

Great Our stay was great. The place was a great size for our family and in a great location. They were quick to communicate when we had a problem with the Wi-Fi. We would come back!

Beautiful unit in a fun location The Mint House was excellent. We had a change of travel plans and decided to explore Greenville while visiting Furman University. Mint House was a nice alternative to a hotel after a long road trip. We have 2 children. One had the bedroom and the other had the sofa bed. I do not advise planning to have an adult sleep on the sofa bed, the mattress is thin and wasn't comfortable for my 13-year-old. The linens and pillows for the sofa bed were also nice. The unit was extremely clean and well-appointed. The units are in an apartment building and I think Mint House has the entire first floor. The facilities appear to be new and more high-end than hotels in the price range. We literally were there long enough to sleep and heat up leftovers before checking out, but I would stay with Mint House again. The beds and bedding were cozy, the towels were very nice as well. They thought of everything you could want - water, tea, coffee with supplies, even laundry detergent! I also liked that they didn't ask you to take out trash or strip bedding prior to leaving the unit. We did have some issues with understanding the parking and getting into the unit from the outside parking door. Customer Service is excellent for a provider with multiple locations around the country. They were able to resolve our issues relatively quickly. The unit we had was directly across from the train track, but we only experienced one train. The horn was extremely loud. The unit was also near the trash shoot for the building and another unit that was under construction. It was quiet during the night but loud early in the morning. The Mint House was extremely apologetic and offered us compensation for our inconvenience. It would be nice to have a visitor's guide or QR to help you discover what is near by. The unit is near the minor league baseball stadium and some eateries were walkable or a 5 min drive. This would be a perfect rental for a couples or girls trip.
