7/10 Good
I loved the convenience and the privacy, but would have appreciated more information.
Likes: I loved that it had multiple rooms, multiple bathrooms, and a kitchen. Sleeping in a standard hotel with a hotel is difficult, largely because they won’t sleep knowing/seeing other people being awake (at least mine won’t). Plus, being able to cook instead of going out for every meal is awesome. I thought there would be a little bit more in terms of kitchen supplies, but I very much appreciated what was there.
Loved that there was a smart tv that we could log into and I also appreciated that it would automatically clear our information upon checkout.
It was a little quieter than a hotel. We didn’t hear a bunch of doors slamming closed or people in the hall.
Dislikes: The parking situation wasn’t difficult by any means, but it was not explained properly. I didn’t know that I would have to pay for parking. Saying in emails that the “parking is located” at listed addresses didn’t inform me that they were lots/parking garages that had to be paid for.
There were a few uncleaned areas. I had to move the couch and a dresser because I dropped things either under or behind them. When I moved them, there was a bunch of stuff underneath them, lots of dust and old food. There was also a shirt left behind from a previous guest (I assumed). I also assumed since it was there that the vanity wasn’t cleaned either. Everything else seemed cleaned for the most part.
There was a very loud clicking/thudding coming from the closet at some point. Not sure if it was the water pipes or what, but it was loud and clicked/thudded for a few minutes, multiple times.
Also, I was charged the security deposit multiple times. I didn’t know that it was going to happen every week (but also be refunded). I understood the reasoning behind needing a security deposit. But I would have liked to be informed about what would happen.
