The Mint House was one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed. The price point was incredible for the size and beauty of the apartment. Extremely safe location and prime for discovering downtown Greenville. Everything was walking distance. I would gladly stay there again.

Our stay at Mint House Greenville was excellent. The suite was exactly as promised and was easy to find and check in. The location couldn't have been much better. We could walk to almost everything we wanted to do in Greenville and didn't need a car. We would stay at Mint House again when visiting Greenville.

Great location for visiting Greenville, everything is in walking distance and the quick access to the park is nice. The apartment had a lot of room. The furniture was different than the picture but it was fine. The pictures are accurate. I was a little surprised about the build quality of the apartment for such a new building but the pictures reflect this. The place could use some better design elements but not really important for our stay. The coffee supplies are a nice touch. PARKING TIP: Parking in front of the building is not allowed. there is a big underground lot across the street. To enter, drive across to the Hampton Inn front door and pass the valet stand. Immediately to your right is a down ramp into the parking garage. It is easy to miss. You can use Parkmobile to pay (or credit card) and it is not very expensive. It would be helpful if the Mint House team would include this in their welcome email since the entrance to the paring garage is not easy to find.

The apartment was great. Very comfortable, clean, organized, spacious and well located. The view was beautiful. The apartment had what we needed: washer and dryer, coffee machine, tea pot, microwave, hair dryer. The only difficulty that we encountered was finding parking space around the area. We were able to park on River Street, the location was safe.

Great Value and Great Place to Stay Great place to stay, great value compared to other living arrangements in the area that cost twice as much, loved the balcony. You do have to pay for parking if you don't find anything open in the "free" weekend parking on the side of the street, but that applies to all the hotels and businesses in the area so it not a Mint House issue, that's a downtown thing.

Great restaurant right below the room. Clean and comfy. Parked in the garage down the road. 1 bad thing: ran out of toilet paper sadly. Right after crushing pounds of hibachi and sushi. Definitely needed another roll or 2.

We LOVED our stay here. The apartment was so zen and spacious. Perfect location close to everything Greenville has to offer. The only issue we had was that the picture of the office space in the listing was not actually available for use which was part of the reason we booked here since my fiance works from home. Other than that, perfect stay!

Overall nice stay Overall was good but the bed was sunk in when I first arrived which made sleeping the first night more difficult. Was able to get maintenance to fix it the next day luckily. Also one of the light fixtures seemed to be falling out on a later day. Besides that was pretty nice, really appreciated having a full kitchen and laundry room.

Overall very good. Likes: Location was great. We had a lot of space for our family and it was very affordable. Dislikes: We got locked out of our apartment b/c the safety lock inside got tripped when we closed the door one morning. The woman who came up to help us was unable to remedy it so my husband tried and was able to get us back into our apartment. Someone should take a look at the safety locks on the inside of the doors and fix them so they don't get tripped by just closing the door.

Was a really nice place to stay for a beautiful anniversary weekend trip. Unfortunately, all of that was ruined when the $200 hold was captured due to "smoking in the room" which did not occour. When I called to dispute it, the great people at the mint house team seemingly had no interest in helping to resolve the situation even though we were well within the right. It is a shame to have such a nice experience for it to all be ripped away by something that could have been avoided. I would never even consider coming back again.

Loved everything about it except the parking situation. Had to park across the street and around the corner and had to go back every day and pay. So it was usually $16 a day to park. Would be nice if we were allowed to park on-site. The place is very comfortable, we all loved the beds. It was extremely quiet and we hardly saw anyone else on the way to our three bedroom condo. Easy to walk to shopping and restaurants, The Peace Center, etc. Fabulous location.
