Mint House had the perfect space and amenities while being at the heart of downtown. Just make sure you have a plan for parking. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

This was a great location to be. Everything was walking distance, and it had enough space for all my birthday guests! We have a really good time, and knew we were coming back to a safe location.

This was my 2nd stay at a Mint House apartment. It was very clean and the apartment was as expected. The location is great for access to downtown Greenville. We parked the car when we arrived and didn’t use it again until we left! I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Greenville. Our only complaint was access to the fitness center. In our arrival instructions it said “24 hour fitness center” that was open from 10-5, but if you wanted to access it outside that time to let the management know and they would make arrangements. I emailed the day before our arrival to ask about getting access outside that window (10 seems very late to me as I am a morning exerciser) and never received a response. Then I asked when we arrived at the property and was told that the keypad entry was broken (and he made it sound like it had been for awhile) and there was no way for us to get in until someone from the management company arrived, generally between 9-10 am.

Wonderful find! I go to Greenvile several times a year to enjoy all the city has to offer, and I was very excited to find this hotel. It was much more econonmical for us to stay in an apartment then it would have been to get two hotel rooms. The apartment was comfortable - not overly fancy - clean, extremely convienent to everything and well worth it! I had no idea about these Mint properties and will definitely be back.

The property was very clean and roomy. Everything we needed was provided and so much more. There were extra pillows, and blankets, extra towels, tons of shelf space, coffee, tea, laundry pods, etc-all provided. I’ll be staying again and have already recommended this property to friends and family! ♥️

Great apartments but terrible booking experience Likes: The apartments were centrally located, clean, new, and a decent price. We slept well (except for a bright street light in the corner room). Dislikes: The booking experience was terrible--a technical error made our booking on the wrong date, so after several messages to booking and Mint House, I had to be on the phone for 30min. on long distance with both parties again to get it solved. After it was ostensibly resolved, they also put us in the wrong room and had double charges on my credit card.

Second time at Mint House Greenville and wonderful for larger family stays!

We stayed here with our two kids and it was perfect! We walked everywhere and definitely could have stayed longer than the five days!

This hotel is located in a beautiful, walkable area. Despite there being no front desk, we were greeted by staff at check-in and thought that was such a nice touch. The entrance is the door closest to the Orange Theory. The hallway is unassuming and we rarely ran in to other guests. The room, which is more like an apartment, featured a full size fridge, coffee machine, pots/pans, a washing machine, dryer as well as extra bedding. I wasn't able to hear the OT classes but there was a god awful banging noise as early as 8 am and well into the evening. It didn't follow any sort of pattern but seemed to be coming from above the bathroom. I'm hoping that it was just construction because that was my biggest negative. There was also no parking lot for guests, but there is a parking deck a short distance away. As of July 2023 it only cost $7 a day to park in it which is much cheaper than the average parking deck these days. It's walking distance from a large variety of shops, restaurants and a beautiful park with a waterfall and seasonal attractions.

This was the first time we stayed at Mint House. It was also our first time staying in the West End of Greenville. The location is ideal! Falls Park was only a few blocks away and we were able to walk every morning. There were many restaurants within walking distance, the parking garage was right around the corner, and the apartment was clean and quiet. We couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. We can’t wait to return!

A very nice place with some drawbacks Our stay in the Mint House was very nice. The room was comfortable and quiet. We had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large living space. Full sized kitchen and even a washer/dryer. The apartment itself was great! CONS: The first is the check-in process, which I found to be quite frustrating. First, I had to do the electronic check-in twice (sending my drivers license and a selfie). The website then told me both times that the info I sent wasn't sufficient. There's no contact info provided, so I replied to the text that I received with the sign in link. The person there confirmed that everything went through fine. They said I'd receive an email and text the night before I check in with instructions on how to access the property (which I received and they were helpful). The owner really needs to communicate better with customers. There's no check in desk and they leave accessibility as a great mystery. When trying to get in the front door, we had trouble. Finding 3A on the keypad was difficult because it's not listed alphabetically with the other properties. Then our access code didn't work. We had to wait until someone else came along to let us in. There's also no parking and much of the nearby parking provides odd hours. The closest 24 hour parking is $20 a day. Overall, it's really a great place to stay - check in process just needs to be communicated better. The eye masks were greatly appreciated since one of the bedrooms was quite bright with exterior lighting.

Very nice place. Close to downtown

Area is beautiful but the parking is a nightmare.

Loved the location. So close to everything downtown. The employees were very accommodating. The only issue we had was the parking area. If I go back again I will park at another location as suggested by The Mint House.

The apartment was Amazing, Very well kept and no issues. We will definitely be coming back.

Awesome location, so close to everything!

Likes: Great location in heart of downtown Greenville. We could easily walk everywhere! Perfect for 3 couples to enjoy a night on the town and all be together! Excellent value! Dislikes: Some wear and tear on furniture but everything was clean and well-appointed!

Clean, accommodating, great location. Likes: Everything was perfect. So clean. Dislikes: We couldn’t get into the property at first. Had to call the number to get help. Some nice folks let us in with them, but we almost couldn’t get into the building.

It was neat to stay in an apartment downtown. We enjoyed the balcony. Having a washer and dryer and kitchen area was very nice, even though we ate out. I did do one small load of Laundry on a whim. So nice to have these amenities and pay the same as a hotel room. Our family loved Mint House and Greenville.

Great place right in the heart of Downtown. Only downfall is the parking. A considerable walk from the parking garages and no real unloading zone in front of the hotel.

I would have given this place 5 stars were it not for the parking situation...would have been nice to know that was not included. Otherwise the apartment was immaculate and very comfortable!

It was quite nice and we will stay here again. Likes: Spacious and close to Falls Park. Amenities and comforts for guests were considered. Dislikes: It was hot in the master bedroom.

The property is located in a great area. Its quiet, safe and close to many nice restaurants and pubs. May only issue is parking. it was not communicated very well before booking that you will have to park a block or two from the unit. Actually I may have stayed somewhere else had I known.
