This place was super cute! Plenty of room for my family, the only problem we did have was we never received our email with our room card so we could not enter the building. We stayed out front on the phone until somebody came to help us. Once that process was over everything ran smoothly! Great place!

Great and spacey, everyone was friendly . Felt just like home while being in downtown Greenville . Will definitely stay again. I left something in the room after a hour I realized I checkout , and host was friendly and helped me with no hesitation.

Great option, Tons of space This was a great option for a stay in Greenville, SC. 3x the space than a regular hotel room with the same or better amenities. We will check Mint House out if other cities wherever we plan to stay, too.

We love this location! It is easy to walk anywhere you'd like. There are plenty of restaurants close by and the river is just across the street. The apartment itself is very comfortable and secure.

Great location-very near shops/restaurants! Parked the car in recommended lot (7$ per day) although there were no in/out privileges we didn’t need it the whole weekend. Great access to the Greenville trails-lots of walking options. Looking forward to our extended stay in august.

The Mint House is a perfect location in downtown Greenville. It is very close to the Swamp Rabbit Trail and easy to walk to Unity Park. If anything, the Mint House description doesn't do this apartment justice! It is quiet, very clean, well-appointed, and the hosts are so accommodating. I needed to stay on an extra week and they paved the way for that to happen without moving apartments. I will always stay here from now on when visiting Greenville!

Was convenient to downtown for our sons wedding. Very clean and bedding in all rooms were very comfortable! And nice towels and linens. Unfortunately kitchen was lacking several basics (sheet pan, measuring cup, etc). One set of blinds in master bedroom was pulled up and we couldn’t get it down so room was very lit all night. Overall stay was good especially for convenience.

This is a great place to stay. I would suggest parking at the parking deck close to the river. It’s $7 per day and really safe. Mint house is right in downtown and within walking distance to the food hall and several other areas. A great deal and place to stay.

This apartment in the middle of the city exceeded our expectation and we will return again. Likes: The rooms were large. The kitchen was well equipped. Everything was very clean. We contacted the staff asking for extra coffee pods a couple of times and they delivered in less than 20 minutes. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the downtown area of Greenville, SC. The ability to cook our own meals saved us a good chunk of money and allowed us to stick to our most current diet. Dislikes: Our main complaint was that the bed was too soft. It wasn't at all supportive. It would have been nice to have cheaper parking. We parked in the town parking garage (of which there are many) and had to leave twice a day. That ended up costing us $14 a day....which is not terrible for parking downtown.

Great place to stay in Downtown Greenville. The park is just two blocks away. Close to many restaurants. Went to the Lazy Goat restaurant and it was wonderful…right on the river. Downtown Greenville is so vibrant and NO homeless on the streets.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our apartment was great. Very well decorated and clean. It’s located in a excellent location, close to everything. You don’t need a car. You can walk to everything in Downtown Greenville! Would highly recommend it and would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay! But unfortunately, we were in unit 2B and light shining in the master bedroom from the lamp post outside made it very hard to get to sleep. A little but very important detail! The eye mask was a nice suggestion, but super uncomfortable and scratchy. People want to get a good night sleep while on vacation! Everything was else perfect. This is my fourth stay at Mint House Greenville!
