Fantastic location steps away from Falls Creek and all Main Street attractions. Definitely the best option for multi room in Greenville. We stayed in a 3 bedroom and ran out of hot water (small water heater tank inadequate capacity for 5 showers). Also 2/3 bedrooms faced street/bright street lights and cheap blinds. Definitely could use some blackout shades! Probably the only 3 star rating for which I will stay again, however.

What a great place! Totally walkable, clean and well-stocked unit as well as ease of accessing the apartment. The only con is the offsite paid parking. We lucked out with a beautiful weekend in Greenville and we'd definitely look to book here upon our return to the city!

The Mint House had the perfect location and convenience for our stay while our daughter was auditioning at Furman. The 2 people working at the front desk were so friendly and helpful with check in and securing parking. Having a code for entry made coming and going easy and the beds were super comfortable. We were very happy with the coffee bar and ability to eat in or out! The proximity to restaurants and Reedy Falls was ideal. I definitely would revisit Mint House Greenville. :)

We had a great stay! Mint house is in a great area and we could walk to all we wanted to do! Communication was great and the building was secure and easy to get in and out of. The only negative we experienced was our shower water not getting hot when both showers were running! We would’ve like to get ready all at once and that definitely slowed out progress!

This is a nice downtown option, location is great. Was very clean and spacious. This is a hotel. No designated parking, which is complicated. Would stay here again.

I travel 100% for work, and finding places to stay that truly make you feel comfortable, can be somewhat of a process. Not everyone is honest about what they offer, which can be bad, or outright dangerous because you're in someone's place, and you've already spent money but may be in a not-so-nice environment. I depend on groups that provide the value they preach, and Mint House does it on the money. Great experience. Comfy furniture, well-supplied, clean, and felt like home since I spent all my time there, working remotely.

We were there for 4 nights. Night one, we were woke up at 6am with noise from floor above, but not from another person living, but from construction. Same for second morning. They removed carpet and cabinetry which was too loud to sleep. Morning 3, we were woke by some sounds in the vent system that we could not sleep through. I received 20% back on the whole stay, but I would rather have been able to sleep. Mint house should never have placed guests on the floor below a construction site. Also, our apartment had standing dust on all baseboards, could use more furniture, no tv's in bedrooms, and overall was dingy and had banged up walls. I would not stay here ever again and we are fairly down to earth type people.

This place is the perfect location to experience all that downtown has to offer. We parked the car and walked everywhere we needed to go for the rest of the time there. The mattresses and pillows were most comfortable and the place was very clean. While the airbnb was basic to our needs, it was all that we needed.

There were personal items and trash underneath the beds upon arrival and with the platform type of beds that were in my room it was noticeable as soon as I looked in every room! The location is amazing and parking was easy. I had a problem with the pricing because the price went up in one day about 80 bucks for the same amount of people and dates I booked for.I called and was told that prices change due to demand 🙄. If you are going to book a room at the Mint House I suggest you go to the website directly because had I done that I would have saved $100.00 a night!

Mint House’s central location to great restaurants, the park and local shopping made our trip worth every penny. In fact, we were so comfortable there we didn’t want to come home! If you are in the Greenville area for an extended trip- or just a short one- we highly encourage you to stay here.

This is a great place to stay and within walking distance to downtown. Perfect location. The only suggestion we have is to add a curtain in the bedroom. The blinds didn’t keep the light outside from shining into our room. We usually sleep in on vacations.

Six of us stayed here. Exactly as described, comfortable, well-equipped. Certainly lacking in character but efficient and nice. Great location close to downtown. Only con is that the master bedroom has a significant amount of light leaking in from outside. We had to sleep with eye masks, which were thankfully provided. The mattress was also quite soft and seemed a bit "tired." Very thankful that check-out instructions did not include extensive clean-up instructions for us! (ie taking out our own trash, taking sheets off bed, etc.) That's what our cleaning fee is for!

Do not recommend. We had to do a “background check” before checking in and they put a $200 hold on our card, which is a lot more than other hotels. You could hear the TV from other units through the air vents. Getting in and out of the building was inconvenient because the door lock/code mechanism was extremely complicated. The two bedroom unit has one shared bathroom, which is fine for a single family but odd for two couples.

Great place to stay! We only stayed for one night, but the location was excellent (very close to the walkable area of town + close to bike rentals). The apartment was bigger than expected with lots of amenities (e.g., soaps, coffees) that were helpful for a short stay. The only downside of the stay was that we had some rowdy guests in the building at around 3AM. This is likely not normal, but we were able to hear them running back and forth in the halls and laughing for approximately one hour. This disrupted our sleep. However, that was the ONLY downside and likely to no fault of the owners themselves. Would stay here again!

We started out rough since the unit we were assigned was not very clean. Very dirty air filter, bathroom fan, bathroom floor and there were stains on the duvet. This was all communicated to the staff and we were moved to a different unit that was lovely and very clean and well maintained. We were in Greenville for medical reasons and the host was very accommodating when we had to depart early.
