Clean, comfy furniture and great location. This Airbnb is one of probably many in the building. It felt a little cold and not exactly as warm and welcoming as staying in a house or a hotel. If you're looking for a cheaper place to stay - you've found it! If you're looking for something with a little more character, I'd book something else.

Pros: great location, easy communication with whomever from the guest services team is manning the inbox Cons: this felt like staying in a dorm. Very stark. Noted that suites may not match the listing pictures but mine was particularly bland lacking nearly every feature from the listing: no art or pictures (just one in the living room), no decorative plants, no throw pillows on the beds, 3 chairs not 4 at the teeny dining table, no tall padded headboards, no knife block. Vast yet empty kitchen cabinets. No regular coffee maker - a Keurig is fine but not when you have 4 or more adults that would enjoy more than a cup one by one by one by one. No basic set of measuring cups or spoons. Staying at an Airbnb usually has some character and warmth. I knew this was more of a corporate apartment but the lack of any decor or charm and even the lack of human contact (all app messages) made this feel like a compartmentalized sleeping unit. Still cheaper than the neighboring Embassy or Hampton Inn.

Mint House Perfect for three friends. Great location. Only issue was with large beds in small bedrooms- guests kept banging legs in bed frame corners.

Can't say enough about the outstanding communication by the people at Mint House. I was traveling with my 87 yr-old mother and I had a lot of questions about parking, accessibility, walkability, and views - a lot of questions! They were patient and timely in their responses. No one passed the buck; if one person didn't know, they found out and got back to me. Yes, the apartment was spotless, spacious, and located in the absolute heart of downtown. But, their collective communication skills, attention to detail, and the underlying empathy of people I'd never met made me feel at ease in my travel adventure with my mom from the minute I booked until the day I left. I WILL stay at the Mint House again!

The condo was great- met our expectations and worked well for our girls weekend. Beds were comfortable Suggestions: parking- DON’T use the parking kiosks - we paid $15 per car (2) for a overnight sat stay only to discover the setup is 12a - 12a so we since we checked in at 7pm we ended up paying $30 for a 5 hour parking spot(s)!! No info to tell you this until after you pay! Use the garage!! Only $7.00 and much more user friendly For condo: Only other suggestion is more coffee pods for keurig. we only had three pods for 3 people - I feel like that was a little cheap. No place around for a second cup of coffee without walking a ways. Would be nice to know what type of coffee maker so you could bring your own coffee pods if necessary Great location, walkable location- would stay again now that I know some details

We stayed at Mint House the week between Christmas and New Years - it was a great location for walking everywhere downtown, including the park and great restaurants! We parked in the lot of the building which was anywhere from $5-$10/day and super convenient. The space was clean and came with toiletries, cleaning products, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. We had a great stay!

Eventually - Superb! I had checked a few days before our arrival to be sure all was set. But when we arrived in Greenville, we were told we hadn’t finished our virtual confirmation. Once we finally found our place, we were fortunate to be let in and there was someone at the desk which was lucky as the desk is not usually covered. Using our two phones we were able to send in what was missing and then received an email with arrival instructions. Once all of that was done, our week was delightful snd the accommodations superb!

We stayed here for our anniversary and even though we didn’t realize parking wasn’t included until we arrived, our stay was wonderful! The proximity of downtown and attractions outweighed the parking situation. Downtown Greenville is beautiful and full of things to do. We walked everyday to local shops and restaurants! The Reedy River falls/greenway/park is next door and is a must see while staying at the Mint House. Mint House responded quickly to us on the Airbnb app when we had questions. We appreciated the Kuerig coffee maker and complimentary water and snacks at check in. Everything was clean and relaxing! We had an apartment rental for the price of a hotel room. We plan to be back someday!

The Mint House Apartment provides tranquility and comfort. The apartment has high ceiling, lots of sunlight in the bedroom and living room. The apartment was clean, and features everything that you could find in your personal house from plates, cups, washing machine and dryer machine in the unit, smart tv, shampoo, iron, dishwasher and much more. I often visit Greenville, SC and will call the Mint House my go to place to stay. The only down side is the parking. I the winter, the cold weather and wind can be bothersome, enough having to walk from a public parking blocks away to get your car is an inconvenience.

This is a nice clean property with fantastic views of the Reedy Falls area. It's in an ideal location for enjoying downtown Greenville because everything to see is in walking distance. We appreciated how responsive the management was during a power outage caused by the recent bomb-cyclone weather event. Despite the weather we stayed comfortable and warm inside the property. The property does not have guest parking, but there are many easy and close options for parking.

Just back from a wonderful few days at the Mint House. We were there for a few days for our daughter’s graduation from Clemson. I would definitely recommend this spot if your travels take you to Greenville. The managers were so responsive to any questions we had, the home is well-appointed with everything you’d need, the location is perfect- a quick walk to charming downtown Greenville. The beds are very comfy!

The location is fantastic. Read through the other comments about parking! There are 3 bedrooms, but not a lot of seating in the living room so it wasn't great for our family of 2 adults + 2 teenagers but overall it was fine and an easy experience.

Love this place and would stay there every time we have a group of more than two. So easy to get to River Street and great location to get around downtown. Great restaurants beside and across the street. The host was amazing and helpful when any issue or question arose. If you pick this place to stay well you’ve made a great choice!!!

Walk everywhere from here. No parking space with the rental. Parking could be difficult. Not a lot of extra towels, we ended up washing them. The location is outstanding!!
