Great apartment in a nice building. Building and apartment are modern, clean, and well maintained. The walls were a little thin, so we could hear the louder noises in the adjoining apartments. It was only a problem at night - and we were able to put on some white noise to drown it out.
The location is great. A very short and easy walk to Falls Creek Park.
For Parking, the Hampton parking garage is one block away. Inexpensive and convenient. Even on a cold night, the walk was short enough to not be an issue.
