10/10 Exceptional
This was an excellent 3-bedroom space for us to stay with our adult son and brother/sister-in-law while we traveled to see Hamilton at the Peace Center. It was clean and spacious. Location is perfect, and within a couple minutes walk of the Falls Bridge and many of the most popular restaurants. The neighborhood feels very safe and looks clean and sleek, and is tucked in among all the recent hotels that were built within the last 5-8 years. I like to watch the local news at night when I go to bed, but unfortunately there were no tv's in the individual bedrooms (but we knew that in advance). Even the main tv didn't give us access to local news generally, with the exception of a lone fox news channel that we discovered while channel surfing. Check-in is a little tricky if you're not familiar with accessing airbnbs in condo systems, but we had stayed in this complex once before and so it was a breeze for us to check in. Hosts were responsive, and even allowed us to check-in at noon to accommodate our in-laws who flew into town early in the morning. Checkout time is a very reasonable 11:00 AM. If you plan on cooking some meals, make sure you bring your own cooking oil. They don't provide it but they do list it among the amenities. Parking can be tricky to find. We prefer the parking garage under the Hampton Inn & Suites (recommended by the hosts in the directions they provide), which is right across the street. But it's very hard to see the garage entrance and signage left much to be desired. It's directly next to the Hampton entrance, however. It also filled up pretty quickly in early evening both nights we were there.
