Great location. Great place to stay.

Location, location, location. This condo is located right in the center of everything great about Greenville. The host always answered questions quickly and was very helpful. The condo was nice, clean and easy to manage. Because they have multiple properties you may not get the one pictured and ours did not have a balcony which I would have like so if this is important maybe ask when you book but everything else was great.

Mint House is a great location! Close to everything, with lots of great restaurants and activities within walking distance.

It's clean and easy to access main downtown of Greenville.

My husband and I traveled with another couple to Greenville. This apartment was clean, the perfect size for 4 and is in a really great location. The west end has several restaurants and bars very close by, the Swamp Rabbit Trail is really close and walking to the main downtown Main St is a 10 minute walk. Parking is not included, but there are several parking options nearby with reasonable prices.

Super nice option for families traveling with children. The kitchen comes in very handy, as does the separate bedrooms for everyone. Awesome location. Amazing prices.

The Mint House in Greenville was very nice. Everything was as advertised. Tremendous location, and we walked everywhere. If you enjoy working out , or walking.. the Swamp Rabbit Trail is very close, as is the Reedy River. Restaurants, shopping, Breweries, Flour Baseball field (.5 mile) all within walking distance. Place was clean, nicely laid out and stocked!

We checked out this morning and are already planning to book again. This apartment was easy to find, parking was very close, and it’s conveniently located near everything. The greeters were friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and supplied with everything we could have needed. We plan on making this our regular place to stay when we come to visit Greenville.

We had such a wonderful stay at Mint House in Greenville. Photos were accurate and the place was very clean when we arrived. Check in was easy and welcoming. The location is perfect for walking along the river and checking out all Main Street has to offer. It’s a 5 minute walk to the Peace Center if you are catching a show. The kitchen was well appointed and we had everything we needed for our week long stay. Appliances were in great shape and we definitely utilized them. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment style stay in the area. All around excellent experience.

Enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, well appointed apartment. The Historic West End was a great area to stay...close to shops and restaurants and gorgeous Falls Park. The location made traveling to Clemson very convenient.

We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The location was great as it was close to everything we wanted to do while in Greenville….Swamp Rabbit Trail, Falls Park, Kroc Tennis Center and many restaurants and bars. The check-in was easy and there was someone there to greet us and answer any questions. We stayed in 2D. The apartment was clean (except mold on the shower curtain) comfortable and spacious (except no good place to set up computer for work). There were 2 things that kept this from being a 5 star rating. The street side bedroom needs better blinds. There was a very bright street light right at the window that literally put a spotlight on the bed. Past reviews have mentioned road noise being a problem but it is minimal at night. As long as you don’t plan to go to bed early (before 10:30) or sleep in it shouldn’t be a problem. There were plenty of dishes, silverware and coffee but not equipped for cooking. There was 1 big pot and 2 small pots….no pot holders or anything to cook in the oven. We were only planning to cook breakfast but even that was difficult since there was not a frying pan of any size. It was a challenge to fry eggs in the pots. Overall it was a great value for the area and well maintained.

Our stay was great. The room was as advertised, check in was easy (make sure to watch for the email with check in info) and the apartment was clean and well taken care off. Great location very close to a ton of restaurants and the downtown park/waterfall area. Would recommend.

This place was amazing! The location is perfect - we could walk everywhere downtown. The unit was beautiful and spotless. The beds, sheets, pillows were all top notch. The concierge downstairs was so very nice and helpful. I wouldn't change a single thing.

Very nice and clean space. Close to everything we needed. Parking wasn’t far and we walked everywhere the whole time so we had no issues with that. Would recommend and will be staying there again for our next trip. Such a cute space.

Great location and beautiful apartment.

This is a great spot for experiencing all of the great things that Greenville has to offer. Just know ahead of time that you may have to walk a bit from an available parking garage. The good news is that once you park your car, you can walk all through the wonderful falls area and beautiful downtown without ever moving your car.

Beautiful 3 bdrm apt with stocked kitchen and laundry room! Can not beat the location for all things Greenville! Walking distance to everything in the West End! Safe and easy location to access. I was afraid parking might be an issue but it was convenient and reasonably priced. Will be back!

Great rental

We loved our stay at this apartment! It was clean and well equipped. It is in a great location, just off the main road. Everything you need is walkable! It was very quiet at night as well. We would definitely come back, and recommend to others!

This is a great location in beautiful Greenville! You can easily walk everywhere. It’s a secure building with easy check in. We didn’t have a car to worry about parking-but there is parking close by. We would definitely stay again!

Worth it tooWe stayed here for a long Mother's Day weekend with our son who lives in Greenville and our daughter from Raleigh. It would be hard to find a better location as it is 2 blocks off Main Street and an easy 5 minute walk to Falls Park and the Liberty Bridge. Another 5-10 minutes and you can dine at one of many diverse restaurants, coffee shops or comedy clubs. The apartment was very clean, spacious with high ceilings and comfortable beds. The easiest checkout ever! Worth it to go and we would certainly be back.

Mint House is a comfortable, spacious property where you can walk to all the cool venues in beautiful downtown Greenville. However, until they are able to provide parking in the lot that connects to the property, I would avoid Mint House as the lots that they suggested we use were unavailable all four nights that we were there. We ended up having to park in the public lot attached to the Courtyard across the river. I would think this would be a simple fix by the property management team but we won’t be back until this issue gets resolved.

The place was great, perfect location to the falls! It was perfect for our family. All the bedrooms were very nice. Master Bedroom was a little bright at night. But overall it was great.

Fantastic location. The place was very nice and clean. We had a problem with one of the tubs being slow to drain. I emailed Mint House and asked them to fix while we were out. They immediately responded and the problem was resolved that day. Excellent communication. Would definitely stay here again!

This Airbnb is professionally run, very secure and a much better value than staying in a hotel especially if you need more space and beds for your group. The location was perfect with so much going on within a few blocks we will definitely be coming back to this Airbnb.

Parking was challenging due to numerous other events including a street art fair. Highly recommend this property.

Great location. Clean and new. Very sterile interior, not conducive to gathering. An apartment that sleeps eight only had a small table with 3 chairs for dining and a single small couch in the living area.
