Im just returning from a Valentine's Girls trip with my sisters and lets just say we had an amazing time. The Mint House is absolutely beautiful and the people.....where ever we went were just very kind and helpful...The Riverwalk was amazing and we enjoyed ourselves...The only negative was the parking, but we worked that out, so overall 10+ rating!!!

This worked out perfectly for our group. 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment with comfy beds and plenty of room to hang out. Great location by the river and easy access in and out. Would definitely recommend!

Our stay at the Mint House Greenville was phenomenal! The room was beautiful, the amenities were plentiful, check-in and check-out was seamless. We had everything we needed to stay in and cook in our room, but the location being close to so many restaurants and other attractions is why we chose Mint House in the first place. They provide these cute Sleep kits that consist of eye masks and ear plugs. Their shower gel smells amazing. Every detail demonstrates the thought and care put into creating an excellent guest experience. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend Mint House to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Greenville.

Great place to stay for a short trip to Greenville. Super close to the falls and Main St - just a perfect location. The place was very nice with some thoughtful amenities, fully functional appliances, and comfy furniture! Would definitely stay here again.

Incredible and safe location! So convenient to anything you could ever want or need. Loved the security of the place and the fact that you can only enter with a code. Only thing I will say is that it is minimally stocked, could have had more towels and toilet paper. Otherwise cute place, very comfy beds and great value!

Not an “upgraded” unit as stated. Floors dirty on arrival. Appears to have mold on the floor around the shower/tub where water drips from the shower curtain. Missing a smoke detector in a bedroom.

I reserved two apartments for my children and their significant others for my wedding in November 2021. Also, three of my girlfriends rented another suite. The arrangement worked out perfectly giving everyone more privacy than a hotel room. Yana was very responsive and helped me deliver welcome baskets to the suites ahead of time. Clearly, the setup is more similar to an airbnb than a hotel but everyone that stayed here for our wedding was very pleased and would recommend Mint House. The suites were well appointed and the location was perfect.

Super-nice unit in an amazing location! Was incredibly helpful that there is 2-hour parking right at the building, and a luggage cart for loading and unloading. The off-site parking is very close by, and is actually free at certain days and times (and pretty cheap when it's not totally free). The check-in instructions looked a little intimidating in writing (for us old, non-techy people), but once we actually got there the process itself was super easy.

Property is in an ideal location to walk to Main street Greenville. Convenient to lots of shopping and restaurants. There were four of us in a two bedroom apartment and had plenty of space and privacy. The only thing that was slightly inconvenient was the parking situation. However, the parking garage next to The Hampton Inn was an easy walk. We would surely book this space again.

Location is excellent and the size of the suite/beds were perfect. We didn’t have any complaints about our stay worth noting. We stayed for a longer period of time, so for parking we got a parking pass for the lot across the street. Was nice in the morning to take a little walk in fresh air. It is dangerous to the wallet to have Lululemon and Jianna’s right next door!

Great location for easy access to Main Street Greenville without all the crowd. Roomy apartment with all the basics - full kitchen, and w/d. 3 bedrooms/ master bathroom, and shared bathroom for other two bedrooms. A pull out sofa if you need. If you are thinking of staying in - a lot, be prepared as there is only one TV, in the living room. Parking is not onsite, but we always found a place to park on street. Highly recommend for cleanliness and value.

The location of this property was perfect for our purposes. The property was very clean as well. The hosts were immediately responsive to our questions and requests. This included a request for salt, pepper, and cooking oil (which were advertised as amenities but weren't available at first). Because we make our own meals, we read amenities very closely so we know what to bring. Although it didn't matter for us since we had limited alternatives, renters may wish to know that the windows of this property actually look right onto a street-level sidewalk. This means pedestrians can look in right at you if you have the blinds open. So we felt uncomfortable leaving our blinds open except in the middle of the day.
