Great serviced apartment.

Awesome layout, laudry inside the unit definitely a plus!

Great location and very nice apartment. Extremely walkable home base for moving around Greenville. We would definitely go back again.

Perfect location!

We very much enjoyed our stay here - it was modern, clean, and within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go! We thought we were getting a 2 bedroom apartment based on the Airbnb listing, but to our surprise, this apartment actually had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Had we known that, we would have added other people to this reservation and could have saved some money. But overall, a beautiful place to stay!

Great place to stay in Downtown Greenville. It was immaculate and is located within walking distance of some great resteraunts. Absolutely as advertised.

Great Location and great host.

Excellent property, very close to downtown ( about 5 mins ) walk. barely 2 minutes to the park. Lots of great places to eat around. The apartment was very clean and attention to detail was commendable.

Location GREAT!!!! Clean. Safe. Downsides: parking, cheap and minimal furnishings, poor responsiveness, especially for longer stays. Service response get routed to national number, then redirected locally making actions slow and incomplete. Internet kept dropping. Considerable problem if you work remotely like me. Called, emailed multiple times and then I just gave up. First answer was log into another unit instead. Later it was reset( didn’t fix). Was finally told cable company would come to fix; never did. Neighbors smoking weed (don’t care except the stink) and was asked to take pictures of my neighbors doing it next time. Cheaply furnished like super squeaky improvised bed frame in master. No vacuum or cleaning supplies. Minimal kitchen furnishings. Gets by but very minimal. Vertical blinds to patio door pull string tied with knot and keeps from opening more than 12” where someone broke the string but never properly fixed. Expect lots of traffic noises on weekends to late, ambulance sirens every few hours. Clean, safe, location is awesome! Just recognize a lot of drawbacks you don’t expect, especially paying a premium price. Maybe rated too high at 4 stars after all this.

Great location. Very quiet stay in a large 3 BR apartment.

If you want to be in the thick of downtown Greenville, which is darling, thriving, and full of great restaurants, shops, and the beauty of Falls Park, this is your spot. We loved having a full kitchen and two full bedrooms. I like the hybrid of a hotel/condo/Airbnb. It checked all the boxes!

Awesome location on south side of.city. Easy walk to Falls Park, great coffee shops and restaurants. And don't miss out on Insomnia Cookies.

Thank you for the beautiful place to stay. The location couldn’t be better. Its a 2 minute walk to the park and pretty much a 10 to 15 minutes from everything else. Parking is not provided, so If you are budgeting be aware. They do offer two close options for parking that are reasonably priced. All in all this is a beautiful, safe, and clean place to stay. I really appreciated that you had to have a code to get into the building. Thank you Mint House!

The Mint House was a great location. Super close to downtown. Everything was within walking distance. The property was also very clean. I would stay here again.

Amazing place! Roomy, home like feel. In walking distance of anything you could want to do, family or adults. Check on you during your stay...I asked for cereal bowls and they showed brought them while we were out.

A nice apartment and property that gets the big things right. Great location, the best of Greenville within easy walking distance that made our stay very enjoyable. Place was clean and spacious and more or less accurately described. Comfortable beds. A nice bonus that we weren’t expecting: the third, fourth, and fifth floors have some apartments with a cozy little balcony and access from a sliding glass door, a nice spot to relax in the morning light with a cup of coffee. Felt safe on the property and in the surrounding area. Just a few cons, not enough to drop a star from the rating: very minimally stocked kitchen utensils, which I would qualify as an inaccurate description except for the fact that you can message them to provide something that should have been there. Had to ask for a large skillet, potato peeler, and bottle cap opener. The original tiny skillet and the larger one that was sent over were the cheapest kind with peeling Teflon. Also, the property has a strong chemical smell in the hallway and in the lobby. But as I said, they get the big things right. Safety, cleanliness, location, and a nice spacious apartment.

I was down here for work and the mint house was very clean and has the comfort home feeling! lots to do within walking distance.

The check-in instructions and parking instructions were so easy. The owner was so responsive when we had questions. The 3-bedroom condo was spacious and clean and as expected. Nicely decorated and welcoming. Location was perfect and central to every location we planned on going. We walked to all of the sights and was a great experience! Would definitely want to go back again and stay at the same place!

Very good value and amazing location!

Clean and spacious! Beds were comfortable. Kitchen has just the basics, so don’t plan on doing much cooking. Parking offsite but very close (fee).

Great open space convenient & walking distance to everything down town! Very clean and had everything you need for a weekend stay. The 6 of us were very comfortable. Loved the high ceilings. The beds were very comfortable. One thing to note is there is only one luggage cart for the building and no parking on site so if you have more then one or two items to carry up be prepared to wait for the cart. Overall great place to stay in downtown Greenville!

This was a great location, clean, easy, and almost perfect. We were in suite 2D which was on the second floor with a window on the street. It was a two room suite my daughter who slept in the queen bedroom on the interior slept well but my mother and I shared the king-size bed which was in the room with a window on the street it felt like our bed was on the sidewalk. The noise was incredible with the passing cars. It didn’t appear like there was much traffic in that area but if you’re going to bed around 10 o’clock plan for there to be at least a few more hours of traffic to keep you awake. I’m sure the upper floors are great. It was exactly what we needed for a short trip

Great location! We could walk everywhere! The room we got was not what was advertised, but still a good room.

We had a great time at int Housr Greenville West End. The apartment is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. The unit itself was spacious, modern and clean, would definitely stay here again!

Great stay! 4th stay at Mint House Greenville as college daughter attends local university -- wonderful, wonderful location and comfortable stay. Cleanliness is my big thing and it gets top marks every time!

Had a glitch with check-in and wasn’t the only one, but everything was great once we got to our rooms. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. The rooms were quiet, clean, and located near everything we wanted to do downtown. Would love to stay there again.
