Would have been a perfect stay if not for the fact that for the last check-in step Locale switched to messaging me direct on my phone number. Since I was travelling with a temporary US SIM card, I missed all the messages and was left stranded at the door. Had to scramble to call their help line to complete the check-in process. If they stayed with Airbnb App all would have been well. Otherwise, perfect location and hardware. Train noise did not border us much as we are from a bustling Asian city.

I’ll definitely return.

Stay away from this property if you do not have phone number to call customer care for getting code Likes: The property and its facility are good. I have no complain about the apartment or the property. If its acceptable for you to what I didn't like about this apartment then you will not have any issue after you get the keys and all the problem I faced you do not have those problem. Dislikes: This property is managed by online agent and if you are arriving before 4pm or your phone is not working in USA then you will neither call any one nor can receive the code to enter the residential property. I arrived the residential property with my wife at 10am and my wife was sick and vomiting. We were super jetlagged and it was cold outside. I didn't knew check-in is 4pm. Fortunately my phone was on roaming and internet was working. At this property no one is their for reception who can hand over you entry card or entertain you. You need to figure out yourself to call the property and talk to customer care. What was pathetic was the inhuman type customer care agent of Locale property and I felt really frustrated for booking this apartment as these agents were rude and in my more than 100 hotel experience very bad. I did request for check-in at 12 noon and after that I come to know that check-in is at 4pm. Then I called the customer care for early check-in then after 1 hr I come to know they are facing issue with charging my card for early check-in fee and asked me to give another payment card which I didn't had. As a result I had to wait until 4.30pm to get a check-in as the code arrived little delayed. The rude customer care were even so insensitive that we are not allowed to enter the front desk even and rest their and go for washroom and stay cozy inside. Luckily property internal care taker let us in and wait in the lobby and so we could go washroom. If they do not allow to enter then we had no place to vomit or go washroom and only option was to take uber and go to another hotel and check-in for attending nature calls. I am very disappointed with low cost property managing business model. Dear Locale - we are humans and when we are staying at the property for 2wks can't you make small adjustment for the simple humanity sake. Its very pathetic first experience.

It was very organized, but the intercom was broken, and I had to wait outside. It was difficult to get used to the noise from the Caltrain for three days straight, and apart from these, the cleanliness and style of the facility were satisfactory. However, I probably wouldn't go back.

Great place Likes: Amazing, clean, modern, has all you can need. Dislikes: The noise (the train is just a few meters) still disrupts quality of sleep..

Really really noisy! Train station besides it with train noise and honking art night. Everyone could see you from outside so no privacy! Do not recommend it even though the community was great!

Dislikes: Ein paar weitere Infos der Vermieter wären schön gewesen: Infos zum parken, wo genau innerhalb des großen Komplexes, liegt das Apartment, wie kann man die bereit gelegten Karten als elektronische Schlüssel an den Eingangstür nutzen…

Amazónica brand new flat. Well decorated and equipped. The location is perfect: one minute away from CalTrain and top-rated coffee shops and restaurants, and 5 minutes walking from Santa Cruz Ave, Menlo’s main street. Best option in town.

Building in great location - walkable to shops and restaurants. Unit clean, and the building has very nice amenities - gym, pool, coffee station, etc. The train is very close - but we would definitely stay here again!

Great spot! I had an excellent stay at locale Menlo Park. The building is beautiful with high end amenities. The room is spacious, has quality fixtures and furnishings, I felt like I was staying at the JW- but with a full kitchen! My experience with the staff was very positive as well.

Not worth the money. Dislikes: Very noisy, Caltrain passing right in front of the building; room ventilation very loud and could not be switched off. Sleep was unthinkable. Bathroom not heatable; bath floor dirty.

Tried to force an illegal last-minute additional contract on us which was NOT disclosed in the original listing, breaking AirBnB rules. When we refused to sign their ridiculous additional contract which listed things like stating that they could change the rules of our stay AT ANY TIME and we had to keep constantly checking their website for any of these changes, among other things, host then refused to let us in OR cancel our reservation as required by AirBnB rules. We had to get AirBnB support involved, who found in our favor, and then we had to scramble to find another place to stay.

We had a great stay in Menlo Park. Yes, it’s by the train tracks, but the train doesn’t run during the night, so it was fine. The staff was always responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Likes: בניין קונספט מגניב, אנשים מסבירי פנים, לוקיישן מעולה פסיליטיס מושקעים, הכל היה נוח הדירה היתה מצויידת להפליא למשפחה שמידי פעם מכינה אוכל בבית. המכונת כביסה ומייבש היו מעולים המזרנים והכריות היו נוחים להפליא הכל היה מושלם ומפנק.
