Really enjoyed our stay! Close to everything. Short walk to the pier and downtown. Would highly recommend.

Todo nos encantó de ese hospedaje.

Excellent time with friendly staff Jon, Louise, Noah, and Angel went above and beyond with helping my family have the best time in the area. They were so nice and accommodating with making recommendations for local places to check out. The Mint House has a very friendly and helpful staff and I recommend staying there!

We had a wonderful stay at Mint House. Easy check-in with keypad entry, valet parking out front with in and out privileges (just know after 11pm, the front desk deals with valet), perfect amount of kitchen supplies and so walkable. We were able to explore downtown St Pete.

Excellent customer service from Jon! Absolutely love this place and its convenience ro dow town! Will be back for sure!!

Honestly was disappointed with my stay there… when I checked in the bed was covered with dirt/dust so I asked to move to a different room as the cleaners were off duty and the next room had the same dirt over the kitchen and floor. The photos definitely make the place look nicer and newer than it was. After I dealt with the dirt it was an okay stay, I loved how big the room was and having a full sized kitchen and washer dryer was handy but it was not worth the price at all.

Clean & the perfect location!

Very clean, great location, nice staff and would 100% stay again.

Great loc, nice size room

We had a great stay here! The location was perfect — easy walking distance to plenty of spots to relax, explore, and grab good food & drinks. Parking was simple and stress-free, which was a huge plus. Parking lots near by, free street parking with a time limit, and valet all available. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. I’d definitely stay here again!

We used Mint House as one of our hotels for our wedding weekend, and our guests had a great experience. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, and the feedback from everyone who stayed there was overwhelmingly positive. Setting up and managing our room block was straightforward, and their team made the process incredibly easy on our end. A great option for anyone looking for a smooth, reliable stay in St. Pete.

Modest and liad back Likes: Very nice and quiet place. I also love its modest, laid-back atmosphere. Dislikes: "Nothing comes to mind. I spent all day out exploring and only returned to sleep.

I would definitely return! Likes: Beautiful property and lovely location Dislikes: Very clean hotel. Air conditioner worked great! Clean rooms and comfortable bed. Washer and drier in room!

Conveniently located downtown St Petersburg with coffee shops, restaurants and stores within walking distance. I like the aparthotel style of the Mint House - feels like a home away from home. Ideal for long-term stays in the area with all the amenities to make you feel right at home. Free parking is VERY limited. It's street parking or valet. Street parking reminds me of being in New York City. There is a parking garage and its over a block away, whos hauling luggage that far? You can park for the day $25 or overnight $40. Cons: there were two cleaning issues. The first was the cleanliness of the the kitchen dinnerware. There was still food residue on them (eww) - you could feel and feel it, esp the plates. I had to hand wash ALL plates, bowls and cups to ensure they were properly clean before usage. I would the cleaning staff to check the dinnerware after the dishwasher cycle to ensure items are thoroughly clean for future guests. Second issue, I went to retrieve a pot to use and there was trash stash by the pots. I presume prior guests left it there, but again the cleaning staff should have noticed this during cleaning. I would recommend Mint House advise their cleaning crew to check thoroughly when cleaning so that guests don't run into these issues.

I loved the large efficiency room. Spacious and clean. Beautiful large efficiency room. I was totally impressed with the full kitchen and laundry. The drawback is parking. I used the parking garage up the block to save $20 a day.

Staff was super helpful and nice. Room was clean, well maintained, looks just like the listing pictures! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Excellent Location and Staff Likes: Amazing location, staff, and facility. Very clean room, excellent front desk people, and right in the center of it all as far as walkability. Would definitely stay there again. Dislikes: Customer service via the off-site 1-800 number was not helpful nor very pleasant.

My new husband and I stayed in this spot as it was right across the street from the venue for our wedding. Everything was a convenient walk, plenty of things to do, plenty of places to eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The room was perfect for just the two of us and minimalistic to a lot of our own items to fit into everything. My only 2 complaints are because you are in the heart of downtown, you’ll find that parking is an issue to find for free everyday of the week. And because the city is booming there is always SO MUCH construction and street noise you can hear with your sliding glass door closed. Other than that, the place was great! The workers there were all so friendly!

Excellent Location/Staff! Amazing location, staff, and facility. Very clean room, excellent front desk people, and right in the center of it all as far as walkability. Would definitely stay there again.

Super clean and nice spot within walking distance of the exact neighborhood where we wanted to be.

The Mint House was in the perfect location and provided all we needed for a short weekend in St Pete. Likes: Great location downtown. Super easy check in. Dislikes: All good will stay again!

Location! Great place to stay! Likes: Location! and cleanliness of room. Room was big with kitchen and all amenities.

This is great spot to recharge and catchup between long trips. Room was clean, the washer and dryer were clean, and all the kitchen items one could need. Even a kettle! Desk staff were pleasant. Valet staff were helpful and friendly, especially Greg and Nick. If you don’t want to valet, you can do the 2 hour dance on the street or try the new parking garage at 1388 1st Ave N. I didn’t use it, but I see it’s 24hr and the daily max is $20.

Great location and nice balcony Likes: No apply Dislikes: The fact the pools is open a little late (10 am) and the fitness is out to the building.

great place to stay! within walkable distance to the pier, room was clean and had many amenities. front desk was helpful !

Wow what an amazing experience. Felt super safe and hosts were amazing! Will definitely be looking to stay here short term!

Great experience! Had to cut my short trip, but will be coming here in the in the future. They’re very flexible and helpful.

Likes: Everything I love it

This was my second time staying at mint house. Maybe it’s because I know St. Pete very well but I have never used their valet… I always park in the surrounding streets, because their valet is actually $35 on the sign for a day and $40 overnight. The first time I came to mint house it was perfect and spotless and clean. This time it was a lot dirtier with hair everywhere and stains. But the bedding was good so theres that. For the price I’d expect a little more included when considering parking. The reason we stay here is because it’s one of the most walkable airBnBs in St. Pete. I would come back again for that reason! It was not a bad experience, it was just not 5 stars. Pretty moderate now for the price you pay compared to two years ago when I first came.

Great location & comfortable accommodations Mint House was the perfect place to stay in downtown St Pete. It is located near restaurants and bars on Central. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Check in was easy, front door and apartment door codes were emailed the day prior to arrival. Using the valet parking was easy. The valet Greg was friendly. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Nice fully equipped kitchen.

Great location and room was perfect! Nice to have laundry in your room

Great Valet service Loved valet greg was really helpful went over and beyond to help us with parking and assist with all our unpacking. The car needs as far as holding a good door. Make sure we had all of the necessities out of our car and was moved in a timely manner.

Great Valet service Greg was the best really helpful not just with parking help with directions and made sure we were aware of rules in the area as far as parking and safety!!

Perfect place in every way! Likes: The location was perfect. We could walk to everything. The entire property was very clean and quiet. Full kitchen with washer and dryer in room!! Will definitely stay here again. Dislikes: There was nothing I didn’t like about this property

Excellent room value (check-in process a bit confusing) Although the check-in process was a little confusing* once I was in everything was great Excellent room with full kitchenette for the same price as the nearby Marriott. Staff was kind and helpful. *(They kept sending "please check in" emails after I'd completed the process and only sent instructions for accessing the room an hour in advance.)
