Wonderful Likes: Loved how it felt like living 'at home'. Dislikes: The water pressure and heat was horrible, this is my third time staying at this location in St Pete and the shower situation needs to improve. The water is essentially cold and does not get hot at all.

Rooms are nice enough with all of the in room amenities, however, rooms are not cleaned properly, as your feet turn black after walking barefoot around the room. Water pressure is so low its near impossible to take any kind of shower I would not recommend since there are better places to stay close by with more amenities (bar/restaurant) for the same price.

It was a cool concept for a unique stay. Mint House is right in downtown which makes everything walkable. The staff was courteous, kind, and anticipated our needs. Can’t wait to stay here again!

We had to stay in several Airbnb while waiting on new construction to be completed in ST. Pete, I wish we had found this place first. Super Clean, all the amenities you would need for a comfortable stay, and a great value. I would highly recommend to friends.

The text number for the valet wasn’t working, so getting our car when we needed it was tricky, but overall, the stay was good. The location off Central is really convenient and the room was spacious. We enjoyed having a kitchenette and sitting on the balcony.

Likes: In a great location if your looking to stay in downtown St Petersburg, not a far walk to get on the main street with all the bars and restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable, A/C worked well.

Convenient, well-maintained, studio apartment in the middle of downtown St. Pete. Likes: Great location and a great home-base to explore the rest of St. Pete. Dislikes: Having an ice-machine on-property would have been nice (our ice-maker was off upon arrival and we didn't have ice until our second day). Not a big deal - but would have been nice.

Fun weekend Likes: Location and the valet staff were very friendly Dislikes: The bed/mattress was very uncomfortable. It felt like a futon. I strongly suggest that the hotel changes their mattresses. Other than that the place was good.

Very comfortable, will come back. Likes: Most everything. I was accomodated to Switch rooms after the first night on second floor on noisy 1. Ave . Then spent 6 nights in 3rd floor quiet pool side room . Dislikes: Parking is difficult - or expensive.

My partner and I had a wonderful time in Mint House. The place has a great location. We were able to walk to many food places and stores. It’s also close to scooter and bike parkings to rent out. The place is super clean and looks exactly like the photos. The staff were super friendly and available to help anytime.

It’s a newer nice building, water pressure is terrible. I stayed there multiple times over the last two years and I keep thinking they’re gonna get it fixed. Other people complain about it also.

My third time staying at The Mint house but on my last visit I woke up back at home with bed bug bites. Won't be going back anymore. It's too bad because I did like the hotel.

Great location/no gym Great location in the heart of St.Petersburg. Near lots of mom-pop restaurants and shops. Quiet rooms that include washers and dryers in the room. Only downside to the hotel is that there is no gym in the hotel. Guest are instructed to find a local gym on their own and the hotel will reimburse the cost of a day pass. Less than a mile to Tropicana baseball stadium.

There is no self parking, unless you find street parking which is only from 2p-11p. Valet is $25 daily, $40 overnight. Easy access, I was sent everything via text. Easy to find, clean, and great location. WiFi not strong enough to support any consoles. Good stay, would definitely book again!

Great walkable area in the Edge District. Fun pool, feels private even though it’s in a bustling neighborhood with restaurants. Staff were super responsive - we asked to moved to the pool side because the Main Street side was a little loud for our kiddo, they moved us immediately. Very reasonable spot for the price. Would recommend to an independent traveler or a couple looking to be in a walkable hip part of the city.
