Much small room than expected. It's clean. No gym on site. Valet parking is $40/ night and takes 45+ minutes after request to get the car after check-out. A late check in at 4 pm but early check out at 11.
This was a weird slide between abnb and legit hotel service.

If you could have free 24hr valet or a lot near that was free to park. Charging for me to park somewhere that I’m staying is ridiculous. Closest place to park is 2 blocks and you still have to pay. Bed was probably the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. A twin size bed for one person is already pretty uncomfortable just imagine for 2. I will probably not stay at another Kasa location unless I know it has free parking and A kind size bed. Other than the parking and bed it was good.

Great value for location. Excellent stay!
Likes: Walking distance to Tropicana field. Many local restaurants / shops. Walking distance to Publix. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. I was very impressed!
Dislikes: Besides the parking just being a little bit rough I have nothing bad to say.

Rooms were nice, full kitchen and washer and dryer which is great, only complaint about the cleanliness was the floors were dirty. Our feet were always black. Trying to get extra supplies like toilet paper or trash bags was like pulling teeth had to get more when a different employee was at the front office. Location is great for all the local restaurants and bars to go so you don't have to drive. And it's within walking distance to Tropicana field if you want to catch a rays game. Only major complaint was the valet parking. The pool was clean and wasn't overly chlorinated. There were times where we got our car within 10 minutes but there were times where it took 30 minutes. The worse time was checking out. We called the car an hour before check out and it took 50 minutes to get our car. Not the employee's fault, he should have had help.

The location was great and the price was really good for the area. The only drawback was parking. The valet was expensive and we had to wait an hour to get our car. Street parking is limited to 2 hours. The valet company needs to provide for valets to accommodate guest. The garage down the road is $20.00 a day. Consider that instead of the valet. We ended up getting our key from the valet and walking to get our car.

Mostly Perfect
Likes: It was so clean and comfy. Our balcony overlooked Enigma with the Trop dome in the back, it was beautiful and great for people watching.
Dislikes: Front desk staff was a mixed bag of super nice to couldn't be bothered. On check in the 2 individuals at the desk were less than inviting and almost condescending. On the other hand, check out person was delightful.
They really should have 2 valet people running during check out. It literally takes 20 min per car. The valet guy was running his butt off but people were getting very annoyed with the wait.

The valet parking is very expensive. It’s almost like you have to valet park your car because there’s a few parking spaces around the hotel. Very few the lounge area chairs are very uncomfortable overall it was OK. Stay.

The room was very clean and had everything you would need if you wanted to stay in and cook your own food. It’s perfect for a night of bar hopping. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy getaway that’s right in the middle of downtown st Pete. There’s plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants to choose from! Good prices on weekdays as well.

Amazing hotel, modern and functional. Great area to shop, drink and eat. I would recommend to improve noise reduction windows but other than that, all great. Room was clean, spacious and had everything you need.

If you’re looking for convenience, you got it. If you’re looking for comfort - go elsewhere. It’s impossible to park and they only offer $40 valet where your car is parked BLOCKS away and valet runs 7a—11p. Parking on the street after 8am. Not allowed. Now the bed was hard and the pillows flat but what bothered me is the lack of maintenance. I literally had to shower up against the wall because the shower head was broke and just dangling. It was ok for the area and what I needed it for. But next time I’ll just uber to a more comfortable location.

Stayed here for a few days to see some games at Tropicana Field. It’s in walking distance and close to many great restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. The bed and sheets were a little uncomfortable and water pressure was pretty low.

The rooms are very nice and clean. Was like a studio apartment had everything, even a full kitchen. Great distance to Tropicana Field. My only downfall was the parking, valet parking is available but only 2 hour parking is allowed around the area.
