Beautiful hotel and lovely room, but the service was very disappointing. Beautiful hotel and lovely room, but the service was very disappointing. I spent a weekend there with my wife and booked a room with a terrace so we could enjoy the view and a good cigar at night. To our surprise, the hotel enforces a strict no-smoking policy—even on the terrace. We later discovered that housekeeping must be requested in advance and incurs an additional charge. Finally, when we inquired about a late check-out, the process was so cumbersome that we ended up leaving at the regular 11:00 a.m. check-out time. It’s unfortunate that such an attractive property offers such poor service.

GREAT but for a different occasion I feel like this would be 5 stars depending on “why” you’re there. I think if you’re on a business trip, extended stay for everyday life. It’s great. Contactless on everything. Cleanliness was great but there were some strange red marks all over the bench at the end of our bed. The mattress.. ehh I don’t even think it had a box spring. Everything is very minimalist and tight. Great area to bars. But me and the hubby were on like a “over night date” and this probably wasn’t the right fit for that occasion. But that’s more my fault than the hotel. Great for a young crowd or some one on a business trip.

Super Location with Accommodating Staff We loved our stay at Mint. The location is fantastic and the room was clean and quiet. The staff issued immediate responses to our parking questions. Overall it was a great experience and we'll definitely be back.

It was an absolute lovely home. The hosts are amazing and helpful as well.

Visit to The Edge Fabulous location- gracious and accommodating staff (John & Noah ). Beautiful clean pool. Loved the caption of the Mint House bike rentals. Room has everything we could possibly need. Loved that there was a real coffee maker ! Not the kind that uses pods …

Amazing room with all the amenities that you need. Road construction was little noisier than what I would like but honestly was not that bad. Close access to anything you could want to do in the Bay Area.

Very pleasant Great hotel love the pool. staff was friendly. Lots of things around the area within walking distance. Valet went above and beyond, Luke was great! Will visit again, soon. Everyone was really great. Can't wait to visit beautiful St. Petersburg in the near future

Great staff and location! Street parking wasn’t an issue - there’s 2hr street parking from 8am-6pm

Todo estaba muy bonito

The Mint House was the perfect place to stay ! Insanely great location close to some really great bars and restaurants ! Easily walkable and easily accessible getting in and out both during the day and night! The room was extremely clean and perfect for two ! Would highly recommend and stay again !

Beautiful place. Just ad the pictures depicted. The only thing I’d like to mention is parking: There not much street parking, so you must walk. On the Sundays there is a market on the street over so parking is a nightmare so pretty much we were forced to get valet because it was raining : $30 for parking and it’s 24 hr BUT the system does not work: we sent a text to “call” the car but we had to go downstairs cuz we never got the text saying the car was ready. But Beside that, place was Great, clean, good location. Even had complimentary water and a cookie

Great stay! The workers were friendly and helpful, the valet guys were so kind and cheerful, the location was walkable to tons of cute restaurants, the pool was a perfect cool off, the space was clean and had everything we could possibly need! Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it. Kind of the combination of a hotel and an air bnb.

Likes: Tastefully furnished and spotless. Easy checkin & out. Great location with many restaurants near by. Dislikes: Parking was a problem if you didn't want to pay $35/day to valet. Street parking was free for 2 hours so annoying to move every 2hours. Free from 11pm to 8am.

Great location and close to everything. Likes: Location

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location in The Edge neighborhood was excellent.

Will definitely stay at Mint House the next time I am in St Pete. Likes: The style. The cleanliness. The simplicity. Felt quite at home there. Dislikes: Limited options for parking, but didn’t really bother me because our valet Bailey was exceptional.

Newly renovated and clean. Likes: skipped Dislikes: price was a little high.

Mint House This is a great place for all, it’s modern and clean. Greg with valet is very friendly and helpful! it’s a central location close to downtown and the beach so there’s plenty to do within walking distance or a short drive. I will be staying here again in the future

Thank you to Incredible Staff Like Greg I always choose to stay at Mint House St. Pete, and it never disappoints. The amenities, clean spaces, and perfect location are all great but what truly sets this place apart is the warm, welcoming atmosphere created by the staff. In particular, I want to highlight Greg, the parking attendant, whose professionalism and hospitality consistently exceed expectations. From the moment we arrived, Greg greeted us by name and made us feel more like friends than just guests. His attentiveness, genuine kindness, and remarkable memory for details create a personalized experience that you just don’t find everywhere. Greg’s service is not only outstanding - it’s impactful. He elevates the entire guest experience through thoughtful conversation, proactive assistance, and a sincere commitment to making every visitor feel seen and valued. It’s people like Greg who make Mint House St. Pete feel like a second home and the reason we keep coming back. I sincerely hope his efforts are recognized, as his talent in hospitality reflects the highest standard of service.

Shoutout to the front desk and valet — they were the absolute stars of the show. Super friendly, super helpful, and honestly the only reason I didn’t immediately turn around and leave. Now, if you’re planning a solo trip and love the thrill of extreme discomfort, this place is for you! The bed? Felt like a slab of concrete wrapped in a fitted sheet. Sleep? Barely met her. Oh, and let’s talk about the soothing sounds of construction that start bright and early at 7:30–8 AM, despite the building’s adorable little “noise ordinance” that supposedly starts at 9 AM. I guess jackhammers don’t follow the rules. Unless you’re into early wake-up calls by bulldozers and body-aching mattresses, I’d recommend holding off until the construction wraps — which, judging by the current pace, should be sometime between six months possibly a year. Big thanks again to Jon at the front desk and Luke on valet — I wish I could remember everyone’s name, because honestly, with how snooty and uptight people can be in St. Pete, this crew was a breath of fresh air and truly made the trip a little brighter.

The property was great. The valet was a nightmare.

Very nice Very nicely done clean comfortable hotel right in the center of town, walkable to all. The one valet seemed stoned, but in the end it all worked out fine. A great value considering the prices of the other places in town and in Tampa.

Great location! Near everything, lots of nightlife.

Great stay. Very clean, and plenty to do in the area.

The staff is amazing. As everyone else has mentioned, the parking is a bit of an issue but there is a garage you can park in and take a short scooter ride to. It was totally worth it. The location was great.

Just stayed at the Mint House in St. Petersburg, FL and it was a solid spot. Super clean, modern, and right in the middle of everything. Easy check-in, quiet vibes, and close to all the good food and bars. Would definitely stay again.

Walkable location, clean, simple, and well thought. Looks new.

Dislikes: The valet service is not efficient

Dislikes: Parking

We really enjoyed our stay. 10/10 would come back

Enjoyable stay! Felt like living in a real studio apartment -- Fully stocked!! Bed was alright. I spent the weekend in St. Petersburg. Staying here was pretty good. Pros: Prime location in Downtown. Plenty to do around. Walking distance from many restaurants, supermarket, and waterfront (20+ minute walk). Fully stocked kitchen with an electric stove, pots and pans, utensils, coffee maker, tea kettle up on the top cabinet, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, washer/dryer with liquid pods. Bathroom was standard and clean. Nice balcony. Front desk was helpful and present at all hours. There's also an online chat/store where you can request products that you may want (ex. free dental set if you forgot it at home). I like the curfew - doors are locked at 9 PM. Cons: Only street parking available or valet if you want. BED was decent, but I've slept on better. The ceiling does occasionally have tiny pieces falling down, which was near my sitting area in the kitchen, but that was the only area. It could be different for other rooms or maybe none at all. Note: They only do house keeping if you request it. I had a wonderful pool side view. I wish I went out to the pool during my stay. It looked lovely and clean. I saw more people sunbathing down there than swimming. I could definitely see myself coming back here.

Great stay in a great location but very hard to find parking near the apartment

Amazing pool side views worth coming back for! Likes: I had an absolutely amazing stay at the Mint House. I have already booked it again for a seocnd, upcoming trip. I had a poolside room (free upgrade upon check-in) and it was fabulous. I miss having my coffee in the morning on the patio overlooking the pool! Can't wait to go back. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed and more and there was a washer and dryer in unit as well. Very chic and up to date unit and very walkable to bars and restaurants. Dislikes: Could not adjust the air temp.
