Clean and convenient to St Pete area attractions. The studio was a perfect home base for our weekend trip to the area. It was great to have a washer and dryer available in the apartment and the valet parking was a nice plus. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The front desk staff were enormously helpful in checking me in with a last minute reservation. The property is super stylish, with a very cute pool. Incredible location with tons of hip restaurants, coffeeshops, yoga studios, bars - within a few blocks. It also smells really good for some reason everywhere in the hotel which was just a nice bonus! The rooms are gorgeous and spacious and super comfy.

Mint House St. Pete is in a very convenient location, and the room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. Check-in was simple and efficient. My only complaint is that the walls are thin, so even normal conversations could be heard clearly right through my door.

Great location. Walkable to many restaurants and bars. We were there for a reggae festival and host left us a cute little reggae gift bag with some goodies. Also provided some complimentary snacks. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean, friendly staff. Super convenient. Zero water pressure in the shower. Tv didn’t work/wouldn’t connect to the internet for the first day and a half. Also I wish the windows had a curtain option that’s let light in while still providing privacy. The only option was the black out shade that pulled down, but then it was dark in the room and had to use lights while changing

Don’t second guess. Place is worth every dollar. Only takes about 5–10 minutes to get downtown. Booked this place for my last night of reggae fest while I was cancelling the place I had in largo, charging the same amount btw, because their plumbing began backing up and overflowed both bathrooms while I was taking a shower. Don’t second guess going for the valet service they offer either. Shout out to the drivers! They go through it to make sure your car is brought to you as quickly as possible. Make sure to take care of em if you use em. All the staff were incredibly friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay here. It was the perfect location to explore St. Pete’s and other places nearby. The pool was a nice spot to relax! The staff was very friendly and the unit was super clean and supplied everything we needed!! We can’t wait to go back…we will definitely stay here again!

We would 100% stay again! Likes: The mini apartment vibe, having everything in the room. Hey have laundry pods and dishwasher pods, beach towels and plenty of shower towel. Great walking distance to everything and the pool!

Disappointed Likes: The location Dislikes: Previously we have stayed at this Mint House and the staff were friendly, happy and helpful but now the reception staff are miserable and unhelpful. We also noticed that the property is now in need of better maintenance to get back to the standards it had previously

Great price for dwnt St Pete but the whole person at a folding table reception experience kills it to a 3 star for me. Want 5 star? Open the mint party room 24x7 and add a bar and live music like moxy but 24x7. Then staff it there not in the elevator hallway. Open the pool 24x7 but ticket or for 5$ and filter all the riff raff too ... Outside to walking in only thru the secured area bar / music too so people aren't tracking in water

Good place to stay for the location. Likes: Mint House is in a great location - close to good restaurants, bakeries, St. Pete's pier, and very safe. Easy to get everywhere. We made this reservation last minute and compared to other places (e.g., condos, hotels, etc.) it was cheaper. We were there for only the weekend. Dislikes: Our room had an odd smell in it. Also, the front door had a big gap - needs new weather stripping. The closet door to the water heater would not shut.

Great stay! Outstanding location! Made the trip to help our son move to a downtown apartment. Highly recommend Mint House if you want to be close to everything downtown St. Pete has to offer. Additionally, communication regarding check in & out was clear & easy. We plan to visit frequently and will definitely stay here again.

Likes: Location was pretty good. Dislikes: Furnishings were basic at best. IKEA type furnishings. I had to bring a chair in from the balcony to have a place to sit and it was uncomfortable. Staff seated at the elevators were unfriendly and barely acknowledged you most of the time.

Overall, the stay was good. The location was great for central avenue activities and a nice walk to the bay / marina ave. The room was a little dusty and the towels weren’t the greatest… and the bed wasn’t the most comfortable compared to other hotels and airbnbs. The valet parking was easy however I wasn’t aware that we would have to valet for $35 per night or park offsite. Finally we were on the 2nd floor and it was a bit loud with the surroundings. For the price, I thought it would be a bit nicer but we still had a great time in St Pete.

Dog friendly and spacious Well appointed and large room, really dog friendly. Kitchen had everything you needed and great to have full size washer and dryer. Central location to lots of restaurants, activities and Spring training. Pool was also lovely Will be back again.

We loved this property. It was steps away from fantastic coffee, great dining options, and cute shops. Walkable to a grocery store. The room was clean, and we liked using the kitchen and washer/dryer combo. Our bed was not the greatest, but that's the only downfall. With all that said, we would stay here again!

The location was excellent. Our poolside room was perfect. It was so nice to have a private patio. Everyone working at the Minthouse was very accommodating. We would love to stay here again.
