Great location very close to the Central Arts District. Much more of an apartment feel (no gym, no lobby amenities at all, but so close to restaurants & bars that it doesn’t really need them). There is currently construction going on for the building next door outside our balcony (east side of building), but you really only need earplugs if you are very sensitive or a late sleeper.
Room amenities - kitchen is well stocked but there is no vegetable peeler, no oven (a tiny toaster oven is provided), and no dishwasher. There are measuring spoons & cups, a can opener, a cheese grater, knives, spoons, tongs, cutting board, etc. Also has a regular drip coffeemaker, which we love. No Keurig. So you can buy a bag of ground coffee if you drink a lot, although sugar, creamer, and coffee are provided. The only other cooking “amenity” is salt and pepper.
I have managed to make several meals for my kids, with only a few modifications from making them at home.
Overall really nice location and lovely pool.
