The only small negative was parking but there were also baseball games going on at the time of my stay. Other than that the stay was fantastic. From the quick response from the staff to the cleanliness of the hotel, everything was perfect.

So, where to begin... Although the room seemed nice and the location was great, I am having an issue poat-stay. I was messaged about damage to the door which I did not cause or notice. If I had noticed, I would have informed someone. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels iny life and several in the last few months and have never been accused of damaging anything. There is a claim that I damaged a door somehow and was being charged $300 dollars for it. Not only did I not damage anything, I did the dishes and picked up before I left, as I always do. I don't appreciate accusations of things I didn't do. I asked them to review any camera footage to show me some kind of proof (which I know would show I didn't do anything) and I have asked for before and after photos. I believe this was a pre-existing condition and was recently noticed by someone and now I'm being blamed. Shame for that. I will not recommend you stay here without taking your own time to fully inspect the unit with a witness. Unless you want be be blamed or charged for something you didn't do. I enjoyed my experience up until then. I hope this is resolved in a timely manner.

Definitely booking again ! Likes: The staff there are very nice and they are helpful if you ever need anything. The location is so close to so many restaurants and Tropicana you can walk or bike anywhere. Dislikes: Parking was a little complicated when it came time to come and go for the day so we had to end up paying for valet, luckily they were sweet and we had good conversations with them.

Nice, friendly staff. The room was clean and well organized. Real refrigerator, stove, oven, washer, and dryer complete with detergent supplies. Perfect location for the Trop and right off Central Ave.

Was a great environment, the vibe is great and they went above and beyond for the event i was in town for, very welcoming and I wouldn't have anything bad to say if not for the bed..the bed was majorly lacking. The bed was very uncomfortable and I woke up with red dot bites on my legs.

The front office staff at the Mint House was very helpful and the location is great. Parking is a little tricky and we had a hard time getting a response from the host.

Absolutely no overnight parking provided by the property, and little help finding any. If you plan to stay during a Rays game, none of the local parking lots will allow overnight parking. Plan accordingly.

Nice property near Tropicana and a bunch of restaurants and bars. Rooms are small, but kitchenette is nice.

My husband and I spent our anniversary here and it was great. Rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. Staff was super nice and informative. Never a dull moment in St Pete

Great location!!! Easy walk to the stadium! Clean, cozy and affordable! Lots of things to do in this area! Would stay again!

Stayed here for one night to go to a baseball, which was an easy walk. Great band was playing at Ferg's Sportsbar after the game. We were able to get late night food at a pizza place about two blocks away after midnight. Loved the location and the front desk and valet parking people were very nice!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Mint House and actually extended our time there. 100% recommended for anyone visiting St Pete.

Better parking

The Mint house had a very welcoming, very clean, and very charming presence. Once we entered, we were greeted by the staff who were very helpful and direct. The overall layout and vibe of the room exceeds expectations. I brought three guests and it turned out to be the perfect fit. I’m thankful for the staff and owner for the pleasent stay and hope to return soon. Thank you!

I got a room there on the 18th of July you have to put a 200 dollar deposit down. After the stay I called billing they said it's just a hold and it's really up to my bank when I gets teased then 4 days later called billing again they said the same thing called my bank they said there is no hold they debit the money out of my account. Called them back the lady was saying the managers were busy I told her I would wait an hour later spoke to manager said that's not supposed to happen what had happened and said she would refund deposit and sent receipt that says take up to 10 business days so that's about two weeks to get my 200 dollar deposit back that's ridiculous.

Don't make me send a photo I had to take a selfie to check in online? Seriously? Beautiful, clean hotel, very, very convenient to Tropicana Field, but the online check-in experience was a little too invasive.

I regretted to chose this house Likes: Good place , clean and quiet Dislikes: I am not satisfied with the actions of one of the employees, as he used my credit card without my knowledge twice

While the hotel is new and looks great in pictures, the beds were very uncomfortable and too small. Some elements of the design seemed poorly thought out. If a good night’s sleep is important to you, I would recommend choosing another hotel.

Had a great stay here! We would definitely come back. It’s clean, the staff were friendly, easily accessible and only a 20 min walk from downtown.

We loved our room the pool and staff were very nice

The property was well kept. None of the staff really knew the area. When I asked about restaurants and just about everything else, they all lacked knowledge.

Hotel was very cute. Front desk woman was named India and very kind and explained all of the parking options. Area is safe and walkable.

There is no parking unless you don’t mind walking a few blocks with your belongings. So, be prepared to pay for valet. It was a little expensive but a great investment considering even the valet people would have to take electric scooters to get the vehicles. Other than that, the staff were nice and the rooms were wonderful!
