The Mint House was amazing. From check in to check out. Extremely clean. The pool was beautiful. We loved the location, super convenient to everything. Great hosts. Will definitely come back!

Parking and check the trash can The room is very nice but I was not told about the parking ahead of time. Also the trash can in my room was not clean before I entered the room.

Very convenient location. Anything I could want to do or eat was within walking distance. I will absolutely be staying here again on my next visit to St Pete.

Likes: New, very clean room. Full kitchen, large bathroom. Nice balcony and nice pool area. Close to Tropicana Field and lots of restaurants and bars. Red Mesa Mercado, right across the street is great! Would definitely recommend and stay again! Dislikes: Construction next door, but not the hotel's fault at all. The noise is done at 5, so there are no issues in the evening or overnight.

Loved the location of this rental!

The location is perfect considering there’s lots to do and easy to get around. The stay was just as described and the check in was super easy. The front desk is super helpful and really makes things easy going for you.

Perfect location in a spotless studio at a good price Likes: 1. The front staff here are exceptional. LIterally the most pleasant, helpful, personal and professional staff of any hotel. I was there for five nights - and they knew my name after day 1. Housekeeping, maintenance were also incredibly nice. 2. PERFECT location. Walking distance to great restaurants, coffee shops, breakfast spots, stores, bars. A good neighborhood - I felt perfectly safe walking around in the evening 3. The faciliy and the apartment are immaculate. 4. FULLY equipped kitchen. D/W and WD and microwave and electric range and big fridge. 5. Pleasant view off the balcony. 6. Valet parking was quick! ( but$35/ day a bit high) Big shout out to Nadia, Sue, Jaden, Justin and Gavin(?) at the front desk. They are great. Dislikes: Perhaps I should have looked more carefully at the photos because with a studio with balcony there is NO SEATING. OK there are two small counter stools for meals. And there is a rectangular padded bench at the foot of the bed - but there is NO upholstered chair and NO sofa. So if you want to just relax in your room with a cup of coffee or a drink - it is a bit of a challenge. I took a chair off the balcony but not really all that comfortable.

Very clean and was near a lot of great shops and restaurants.

I really enjoyed my stay at at TheMint House.. I would definitely choose this place again in the future.. Perfect Location!! The staff was very friendly and helpful!!

Great hotel, staff and location! Prime downtown location! Walking distance to many wonderful food spots and nightly entertainment. For the sports crowd its walking distance to Fergs and the Rays stadium. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful! If you aren't use to downtown parking you can use their valet parking. Great accommodations: kitchen, full balcony...great space for one or two people. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough great things about the Mint House. It’s in a great location, the apartments are spotless and comfortable, and the staff is absolutely amazing! They are so friendly and kind and make you feel right at home. I would stay here over and over again.

This is sort of a hotel or collection of apartments. Big building, multiple floors. The space was very modern and very clean. I enjoyed it. There is quite a bit of nightlife nearby... restaurants, ice cream, bars, etc.

The photos do not show all of the construction around the property. A large parking garage is under construction directly next door and the work began at 6am Saturday morning. There are bars surrounding this Airbnb that are open until three in the morning with loud music playing. There is no hot water, they had to come up the next morning and “reset“ but looked to be a brand new hot water heater. We were able to use the hot water directly after they reset the hot water heater, however Again that evening there is no hot water. The temperature for the weekend it was in the 40s so it would’ve been nice to know that there is no hot water!

Outside of the ceiling chipping and dropping flakes all over the place (if you have allergies, this may be an issue), this place was amazing. It has a great vibe, great views, and provides ease of access to anywhere you want to go in St. Petersburg. The Mezzo Market right outside the building was amazing. The parking situation isn’t all that great either. There really is no parking around the unit and valet takes about 20 minutes to get your vehicle. They have to drive a mile plus down to park it at the parking garage and I believe there are only 25 spaces available. The other issue with parking g is that the front desk employees are the ones that do the valet. They have no help and it slows down the checkin and checkout process. The workers themselves do a fantastic job though. It just really sucks for them when they get really busy. It will definitely suck for them next weekend when the WWE Royal Rumble comes to town along with some huge festival. But it’s still a great place to stay overall.

This was the best choice and price around. The stay even had a full kitchen and small table to eat in. The location was perfect with many great places at walking distance and hosts at lobby didn’t hesitate when asked for recommendations. Would most definitely recommend this place to family or friends visiting.

Clean, new and well-located. Valet was a little confusing but we figured it out. Great, walkable area with an active nightlife! We enjoyed our stay.

Great spot in St Pete’s with quick access to the local shopping, cafes, restaurants, and bars. You are literally in The Edge district, just step outside. No need for a vehicle as you can for food and drink. Unique restaurants like Bacon Bitch and several breweries dot the streets with a vibrant day and night life. If you do have a vehicle be prepared to find some parking. The Mint House has limited valet parking at $35/night, and street parking signs state 2/hour max. There are a few parking lots to park at, and you should download the ParkMobile app to manage paying and adding time if necessary. TBH I never saw a ticket on any car over the 3 nights we were there, so don’t stress. I would stay here again.

This is a fantastic business model. Offering beautiful studio apartments in a new building catering to vacation rentals. Could not beat the price or location, and staff interaction was extremely professional.

My three year old daughter and I stayed here for two nights and absolutely loved the property. The room was immaculate and it’s in a great area of town. Tanya and Gavyn at the front desk were extremely helpful and accommodating. This will be our go to property if and when we return to St Pete.

Great new place in the perfect location!

Place was as pictured. My first trip to St Pete for a concert at Janus Live. We ended up walking there with lots of shops and places to see on the way. I took advantage of the valet parking as parking there is extremely limited and seemed worth the price and hassle otherwise.

The room looked exactly like the picture. It was nice and clean. If you have a room on the first floor you can hear the people entering and leaving the hotel; not too bad but was a little disturbing when you want solid sleep. Also parking was challenging. Other than that, the location is perfect.

Downtown St. Pete Staff patient and attentive. Clean and modern. Great location.

I truly enjoyed my stay here and will definitely be staying here again when I am back in town.

Simple but beautifully appointed rooms in a vibrant part of the city. I only wish our room had a small sofa or a cushy chair. The service was exceptional -- one staff person, Tania, spent a half hour in our room getting our TV to work. Very pleasant and accommodating.
