Does not have a parking garage on site. I paid 35.00 for parking that was 7 blocks away from hotel.

The room was very clean. All amenities were present. The view wasn't great, due to construction surrounding the building but that isn't their fault. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Parking was terrible with an option to walk to a $5 parking lot or pay for $35 valet. Building sits in the heart of shopping lots of restaurants and blocks from Tropicana stadium. Ferbs is a great sports bar and very close. Only complaint is parking. But it's to be expected in a downtown location. 5 stars

I enjoyed my stay, and they were accommodating to my needs!

No parking at all. They don't tell you. Absolutely no parking. Cops handing out tickets day and night.

Quick trip and the pool was great! Likes: Location, quality of property, friendliness of staff.

The hotel was perfect for what we were looking for! It had a full size fridge, comfortable bed, balcony and pool. It was walkable to the concert we were there for at Jannus Live.

Clean but bed had a huge divot in the middle. Customer service and front desk was very rough to say the least. Did not understand or answer any of the I had and had a very rude tone. Most likely will not be back.

St. Pete Gem Fabulous place!! Staff was incredible. Special thanks to Ce Ce for helping my husband after he hurt his leg. Honestly everything was wonderful! What a gem of a place. We will be back to stay again!

Amazing and the front desk was SO helpful. Loved the hospitality and little extras that came with the booking. Thanks again!

Likes: Die Lage ist großartig in einem spannenden und lebendigen Viertel. Das Zimmer ist super sauber gewesen, die Poolanlage hat zum verweilen eingeladen. Alles in allem sehr sehr gut!

Lovely quiet hotel in a bustling area.

The place is ice, clean and comfortable. Location was good for our trip However people should know that there is a virtual check in required. You have to provide your id, picture and credit card before you receive access instructions. My instructions did not arrive as expected and I had to spend time calling the company Another odd thing was parking. You can reserve valet parking for $35 per day which seemed excessive. The desk person on arrival did not explain that there are many reasonable lots in the area but the morning person was wonderful and helped us figure out parking rules in the area

It was very nice, the only issue was finding parking to stay since it’s right in the middle of that area other than that it was really nice!

It Definity over exceeded my expectations, for a staycation on my 47th Birthday. Beautiful, Cleanliness, View & very private

Hidden Gem A great experience. Great staff. Whenever I’m in town I will not stay anywhere else!

Amazing place!

Great hotel with full-size refrigerator and stoves in the room (maybe they were originally intended to be apartments?). Also, good location in downtown St. Pete with a bunch of restaurants/bars within walking distance.

Great hotel close enough to downtown Saint Pet New hotel. Rooms have full size, refrigerator, and stove, noise, proof windows, although it is in somewhat of a party area. Walking distance to a bunch of good restaurants and bars though.

Fabulous hotel! Originally booked for 2 nights but stayed another 2 nights. Modern clean rooms with everything you need, great pool and perfect location. Will definitely stay here again

Very clean, nice room.

Likes: Facilities were great & clean. Staff was very nice, friendly and helpful! Loved walking to restaurants. Dislikes: Wish there was a some type of parking pass/agreement for those staying at the Mint House. That is the ONLY hesitation for me rebooking again.

Good choice in St Pete Very nice new facility, great location, responsive staff. All around a great choice in St Pete.

Likes: Cheap. Friendly staff. Very clean. Dislikes: Probably the parking but they try thier best.

Great We loved the location and the cleanliness of the hote.

Great except the bed and sheets First off - if you are a solo traveler don’t hesitate - this studio is perfect for one. We were on a couple trip working remotely- for us the studio felt a bit tight. Could easily have fit a king bed with smaller or floating nightstands. The bed was the only place to sit to watch tv so it could have been roomier. Alternately remove the useless fake plant by the slider and put in some type of chair? Other easy improvements for management - 1) towel bar by the sink - small addition but would have been helpful. 2) better sheets - the sheets were VERY low end and uncomfortable. The comforter and pillows were so nice but the experience was ruined by the scratchy feeling sheets. 3). Bed was not super comfy - felt like foam but not memory foam - had shoulder pain by the end of the week. Pros: Location is fabulous - right off central. Tons of restaurants and felt safe. Well stocked - the room had everything we needed - soap, shampoo, dishwashing and laundry pods etc. Even coffee, filters and sugar! Clean and modern. Staff available 24/7

👍

lovely and clean ! highly recommend! thank you :)

Great location and property!! The hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to many restaurants, bars, etc. There was staff available 24/7 and Danny at the front desk even came outside to help me with the parking situation. They do not have a private parking area which is the only negative but there is plenty of street parking and pay for parking lots nearby. The room was immaculate and very spacious with everything I could think of and need in a hotel. Will definitely stay here again!!!

Will return to this hotel Wonderful new, apartment style hotel. We only stayed one night, but the front desk service was great. The apartment was large and contained everything needed for a much longer stay. We will return. We loved the balcony. The location was great for the Rays baseball game that we attended.

We LOVED this place! The staff are super helpful and super nice!, it was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen area is fully stocked and a washer/dryer!! The bed was very comfy and quiet with the patio door closed. We will stay here every time we are in the area and could be very comfortable for week long visits. Thank you Mint House, we enjoyed our stay.
