Loved my stay here, it's like staying at home as you have a kitchen, dish washer, washer / dryer and a full size balcony. The bed was really comfortable and the black out blinds allowed me to get a restful sleep. I would definetly recommend the Mint House and stay again!

The parking is awful. If you pay for valet you have to just find a place to park and go to the front desk and let them know where and leave your key there. It’s not like a real valet where they have people outside waiting and you can just leave your car with them. It was a pain trying to find a place to park because there was a Tampa Bay Rays game going on so I drove around for 20 minutes and got lucky with a spot. It’s all one ways around the hotel too so that didn’t help.

Likes: It was very comfortable, clean and kitchen well resourced. Location was great and was able to hire a scooters close by to get around if needed. Valet parking is a little pricey, but I was able to schedule my car to be at the front by a certain time. I'd recommend this hotel to others. Dislikes: I would have preferred the gym to be onsite and/or offsite gym open later than 7pm. I understand the gym is still being built. Overall, I would recommend the hotel to others.

Loved the property. Caution for those coming with a car… it’s a $38/day parking fee or you can move your car every two hours from the free spots. Parking ticketing is very serious.

Very nice place that’s right near Tropicana Field if your going to a Rays game. Close drive to the beaches too. The room feels as comfortable and nice as a hotel, for much less of a cost, and a better location. Pricing for parking nearby can vary but they will suggest an app that helps out. Highly recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Mint House was a very modern, well-kept, clean, inexpensive, and responsive listing. It was walking distance to bars, restaurants, and breakfast spots. I definitely recommend booking this to anyone looking for a night or weekend away.

Very peaceful and checking in was a breeze. Only thing which was fine with me in the end was the shower’s heated water wasn’t working and pretty cold. Otherwise it was lovely!

Excellent, we will definitely be back! Likes: The property is clean, we’ll maintained and close to the ballpark. The employs were courteous, very helpful and went above and beyond to meet our needs. Dislikes: The television service.

My stay was great. Despite my having lived in St. Pete fairly recently, I wasn't familiar with it. Likes: I was out of the room before the restaurant opened. I've eaten dinner there, before, and enjoyed it. Despite a Rays home game and nearby construction, I was able to find parking on the street without any difficulty. It may prove a problem in the future when the building next door is completed... In all candor, I waited to reply because I want to book there in the future and was hopeful there'd be vacancies. Still, give this place its due. A great find in downtown St. Pete.

Stayed for the night after a Tampa Bay Rowdies game. Was able to find parking near by. There are scooters and bikes to get around town easily. Bed was comfy, water was hot and the sunset view was amazing.

If you like sleeping on concrete... then the beds here are made for you! If you like poor customer service at the front desk... then this is the place for you. If you enjoy the view of a 20-story crane.. Then this place is for you! If you like to be woke up at 7 a.m. by a 20-story crane dropping concrete onto rebar... Then this is the place for you. Yes the room has some great amenities. However, though, when it comes to comfort it is not here! This is supposed to be my vacation and it's going to be the worst 3 days day I've ever had!

Brand new property that was kept immaculate. Spacious rooms with a full kitchen. Everything is within waking distance. We could not have been happier. Our only complaint is that the pool closes promptly at 9:00pm. As quite adults, we would have liked to have been able to enjoy the pool a little bit later into the night, but this was only a small inconvenience and one we could easily overlook with all the other positives this hotel has to offer.

Likes: What a surprise little gem. Exceptionally clean with thoughtful amenties ie, Kwaha coffee, Tazo teas, sugar, Salt, Pepper, toaster over, Dishawasher soap, Laundry soap, lovely hand and dish soap. These little extras helped immensely during our stay as Hurricane Idila blew through. Dislikes: The AC kept getting warmer through the night vs staying at a lower temperature ie 73 vs 78.

Found refuge at the Mint House during hurricane Facility was clean and comfortable. Very good value. Front desk was helpful. Lot’s of unexpected little extras in the room. Parking was difficult, and there was no street space set aside for checking in or loading or unloading at the entrance. Overall, would stay again.

We chose this property for a place to evacuate from hurricane Idalia. The problem was there was absolutely NO WAY to access local news or weather on the television in the room. This was a huge disappointment for us, and we would do our best to find another property that had access to local news and information. Our ONLY choice was to stream or use the preloaded apps on the TV. As an aside, we couldn't even watch the local baseball team on television. Sounds petty, but when you are hunkered down due to inclement weather, it would be nice to be able to get local information about the storm.
