This is a cool, clean modern little apartment in a lovely location overlooking some nice art and a stadium. There was fresh water for me, earplugs that I don’t think I’ll need, a washer and dryer (bring your own fabric soap and whatever) and a big fridge. There was also a full kitchen with pots and pans, utensils and even salt and pepper. There was shampoo, conditioner, body wash and all the soaps. I could live here for a week if I wanted to. If I’m ever going to stay in Saint Pete for a long period of time I would definitely stay at the main house. Travelocity did not give me the correct room number for the first time so I bast seemed to be trying to break into somebody else’s room for a long time (I hope no one was in there and getting freaked out) . Anyway first Travelocity told me I was in 605, but I had a vague memory of getting some sort of text. It said 611. I could not find that text again and the Travelocity people could not help me. It was a little scary, feeling like I was trapped outside of my room, and no one could help me .

So cute! We came here to go to the game at the Tropicana stadium and it was a five minute walk. Great safe location with a wonderful local vibe. Great restaurants. We opted for the valet parking and it was super easy. I definitely recommend doing that , room was clean & spacious , bed was so comfortable.

Very affordable, clean and modern, parking however was challenging. Likes: Very modern and clean. Dislikes: Parking, ti get parking was difficult.

The Mint House in St. Petersburg is a wonderful hotel in a great location. Easy walking distance to the tropicana stadium. I highly recommend this property.

We loved this property. We stayed for a weekend celebrating my girlfriend’s birthday. The room was spotless and we were provided with pool towels, kitchenware and good quality toiletries. The room was equipped with washer and dryer and detergent. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Great experience

Loved the property. It was super clean and was in a good location. The staff was very helpful. The parking is less than ideal.

This is a very clean, new property in a great location for attending Tampa Bay Rays games and local bars and restaurants. One suggestion for improvement is to stop sending customer's phone calls to a remote call center. Customer service would be much better if the calls were answered by staff at the facility, who can actually answer our questions.

Beautiful new hotel, immaculate, valet parking, close to bars, stores and the stadium. I didn't want to leave. Highly recommend. I will definitely be back!!

Perfect location to hit the ballpark! Great, clean, new facilities with friendly, helpful staff. Likes: The location (close to Tropicana Field, restaurants and bars and other amenities), the staff was super friendly and helpful and the facilities were all amazing. A good value for the price and a cozy, spacious room with some extras like the kitchenette and balcony seating, especially nice for extended stays. Full-sized fridge, stove, plates, glasses, etc. as area to sit. Was very pleased. Dislikes: There didn’t appear to be any access to local channels/cable on the tv, so while it’s a smart tv with several apps you can plug in, it is time consuming to do so, and if you’re a traveler who doesn’t already have subscriptions to things like Netflix or ESPN+ you’re stuck there. However, with as little time I spent in the room, it wasn’t a big deal for me.

Valet needs help The hotel itself was amazing. The “valet” parking was a joke- $70 for two days. They expect you to drive around, find a parking spot and basically let them know where it’s parked and they put it in a garage. We were instructed to use the QR code in the room 20 minutes before we needed our car. Well that doesn’t work either so we waited 45 minutes to get our car which made us late to a reservation that we had. We were never told about the $5 & $10 lots. I only overheard the next day when they were checking another guest in. The hotel was great- parking not so good.

We highly recommend the Mint House St. Pete for the quality of rooms, value, location, and service. Though we only stayed for one night, all in our group thought it would be ideal for a longer term stay. The rooms were well-equipped, with a scandi-clean vibe. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Excellent addition to the area!

We really enjoyed our stay! The room was clean and comfortable with all the accommodations of home. The location was walking distance to Tropicana Field, restaurants, bars and shops. Private balcony with nice view. The staff was courteous and helpful. We would love to stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Mint. It was clean and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. My husband was very happy that the kitchen was stocked with coffee and a coffee maker. We both slept great!

Great new hotel near Tropicana Field. Easy check in and very clean, comfortable, and spacious.

Probably won't be back No internet in first room. Move to Second room. No hot water second room. Hot water finally got on around 9:00 p.m. the bed was so uncomfortable worst bed we have ever slept in. No couch no chair only the bed to sit on. There are chairs on your balcony. But they are not comfy. The View was amazing from our balcony. The room was very clean. Every single person working there was kind and efficient. Won't be back due to comfort factors.

Great space and fit my needs quite well. Enjoyed the location and it's proximity to downtown, the pier, and restaurants. I would stay here again for sure!

The unit was very clean. Could definitely use a shelf in the shower-had to put my soap and washcloth on the bottom of the shower. Paid for a corner unit with A CORNER BALCONY with two balconies- according to the photo- only one small balcony. Disappointing and a waste of my money. Should NOT have been charged the extra funds.

Mint Condition We had two fabulous rooms. Both in mint condition. Clean, spacious with full kitchen. Great location. lots of bars and restaurants and near Tropicana Field. We will be back.

The place was clean and in a great location for the baseball game. I clicked on a king size bed that it advertised on hotels.com, got there manager says there are no king size beds. I would not have booked if i knew this.

Cool set up thank you

This was a new hotel and it was awesome. Everything was new, clean, and good quality. The kitchen was great. We loved how close it was to Tropicana field. There were 2 things we didn’t like: 1. no parking at the hotel, unless you paid $35 for valet. We parked on the street which was scary. 2. No vending machines or ice machines. The refrigerator did make ice, but it had been turned off and it took a long time to make. As for the location, it was good for us because it literally took us about 8 minutes to walk to Tropicana Field. Driving in, the neighborhood was sketchy. No restaurants for breakfast nearby either. Overall, it was a nice place for us and we will stay there again.

The property was new and nice. Just a short few blocks walk to Tropicana Field and lots of bars and restaurants on the way. Fergs is cool! The communication with the front desk was not great. We had to go down several times to ask them to unlock our gates for our pool patios (we had friends staying next door as well) they lock the pool gates from 9pm to 9am. They never even unlocked our gate the last day we were there. Even after asking several times. We had to walk around to enter the pool from the main gate. It would be nice to be able to use the gate for the pool patios that we pay for. They need to work on that. Other than that we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Tell people about the parking before they book… If this location is listed among hotels, you really need dedicated parking. The street spots near the hotel have a 2 hour limit. The suggested self park lots were 3 blocks away. Also the first time I have ever stayed anywhere that did not give you local or cable TV. Apps are great if I want to watch a movie….won’t give me a local meteorologist.

Was charged and didn’t stay. Likes: It wouldn’t let us check in and then the worker said I would not be charged but I was. Dislikes: I was unable to check in so I couldn’t stay. They said they had just opened but the technology was not working. No one knew how to assist us.

Stayed here for one night, but it was very clean, great location, love the patios.

Above and beyond Likes: The building is brand new and really clean. It's a great location walking distance from many restaurants and shops. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, making for a really comfortable stay. The housekeeping was exceptionally detail focused.
