10/10 Exceptional
I had a great stay at Mint House. I was in town for a baseball game and the stadium is very easy to get to from these apartments. The area is definitely up and coming--a little more gritty than a typical "downtown". Tons of great food to walk to, a Publix is rather close. The apartment itself was great and had a washer/dryer, full kitchen, big bathroom--everything you need. The pool is rather small, but I had it to myself almost the entire day. Some umbrellas out there would go a long way as the sun is brutal and there is zero shade on the pool deck. I also thought the price was really, really good and is a 20 minute uber ride from Tampa airport.
