Best first impression starting with the lobby. Impeccably neat, sweet fragrance, comfort seats, quiet, all round glass walls, with perfect street views. Safety measures is excellent. Code to enter main building and apartments. Clean and quiet elevator. Top notch amenities in the kitchen area, beautiful spacious bathroom (loved the makeup mirror lights, use of advanced tech even with room lights. They got you even if you forgot your charger. It’s the fine details that make you know they care about the comfort of their clients. Complimentary coffee, tea, water, snack….. I would book Mint house every time I visit Tampa. Highly recommend
