Incredible I LOVED it

There is no staff and parking has to be arranged in advance. We didn’t get to stay because there was no where to park. We had to drive back home. Will never ever consider this place again.

Clean room, staff is pretty much available through text but they answer all questions quickly, parking is the only thing that’s kind of annoying cause you have to find street parking and pay for it, aside from that everything was great

Easily accessible, clean, and nice amenities. In the heart of downtown Tampa!

Great place to stay, quite, very clean and great location! Would definitely stay again!!!

Great stay! you do not need a front desk at all everything is provided ! walkable to tampa convention center and close to other hotels as well. Felt right at home!

Clean, easy to access and close to where we needed to be. Walking distance to Riverwalk and Tampa Center. Good restaurants close by. Enjoyed the pool. Excellent stay!!! Thank you so much.

This was one of the best stays I’ve had in a very long time. I travel often and I can’t say enough about my experience here 10/10. Great location, quiet, clean with all the amenities needed. I could live here.

A Perfect Home Away from Home in Downtown Tampa I had an amazing stay at Mint House Tampa Downtown by Kasa! The studio apartment was beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and had everything I needed to feel right at home. Even though it was a studio, the layout was spacious and well thought out. The full kitchen was a huge plus, allowing me to prepare meals whenever I wanted, and the in-unit washer and dryer made my stay even more convenient. The bed was very comfortable, and the modern furnishings created a relaxing, upscale atmosphere. The location was perfect close to restaurants, attractions, and within walking distance of everything I needed during my visit. The self-check-in process was quick and easy, and the building felt safe and secure throughout my stay. I also enjoyed the amenities, especially the pool and fitness center. Everything was well maintained, and it truly felt like having my own downtown apartment rather than staying in a traditional hotel. I would absolutely stay at Mint House Tampa Downtown by Kasa again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, modern, and comfortable place to stay in Tampa. It was the perfect home away from home! I would love to see more Mint House properties in other cities. I'll be traveling to Atlantic City in 2028 for a convention, and I would book a Mint House there without hesitation if one were available. The comfort, convenience, and apartment-style accommodations made this one of the best travel experiences I've had.

Great stay

Great stay

This was great , for anyone that was going to a concert in the Tampa arena . It was only about 5mins walk and it was great. Host was very responsive and it was great

Mint House is an A+Choice for Downtown Tampa Booked a studio 1 bed unit for overnight at Mint House to attend a concert at Benchmark Arena. It was an awesome experience start to finish. Check in was easy. Unit was clean, comfortable and modern. We had a cute little balcony. The pool area was great as well. Overnight parking across from Mint House building. We walked to/from the concert venue. Nice coffee shop across the street as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location for attending Benchmark events, excellent room and very clean. Communication was good which made access go well. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice overnight stay. Really enjoyed our stay. Comfortable studio with complete kitchen. Even a washer/dryer. Paid parking right across the street. Definitely would stay here again.

Great place to stay but you have to find and pay for parking. I was able to get a parking lot right across the street with no problem.

A+

Finding the prepaid parking was the only issue but easily remedied.

All around great place to stay when in Tampa.

Good place clean and in a good location

Doesn’t get much better than this! Still my favorite place to stay in downtown Tampa! This was my second time visiting and I’m blown away with how simple and easy everything is. 5 minute walk from the arena and maybe a 10 minute walk to cvs, Starbucks, and the gas station. Easy interstate access and just a clean and peaceful area to be in. My room had a balcony this time for the same price as my room last time and was beautiful and useful just like my first visit. The value of having your own studio apartment while in a different state helped me feel right at home and if I needed to cook I could do so with ease since dishes are included in the room. 10 out of 10 will recommend this to everyone I know! Just wish I took some pics of the room. 😅

I've stayed in a different unit before. The glassware wasn't nice and several towels were previously stained. Overall the room was lovely but I noticed the bed doesn't raise all the way. The WORST was the bed. The mattress wan only covered with a very thin and uncomfortable mattress protector. There was no mattress pad. Then only a flat sheet instead of a fitted sheet - bedding was not soft except for comfortable r. The balcony was so nice. I enjoyed the location. The walls are thin- very noisy hallways and a lot of banging This is constructive criticism only. If I had to choose to come back- I would not

Had a great experience. The building and unit is impressive. Quick response to with the virtual front desk. Make sure you check in early so you can get a parking spot. Otherwise parking is across the street at lot 4513 from 717 parking. It's $21 daily overnight rate. I'll definitely stay there again.

It was almost perfect, but almost doesn’t count. Likes: I really enjoyed the ability to text the staff and receive help. Super helpful and supportive. Dislikes: I didn’t like the stove or the fact that the windows couldn’t open. Also, the room wasn’t cleaned.

Likes: That t was so easy to check-in and get the key codes. The whole process was very clear.

This is the CUTEST place and most efficient stay I have experienced in quite a while! The location is perfect for conference stays, personal visits to the area, concerts/events at the arena. Plenty of places that are convenient to the location. Fully automated, no waiting to check-in or check-out. Super clean and spacious. All the information needed sent to your phone. I would highly recommend MINT Tampa. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great experience.

Stayed for a concert. 5 minute walk to benchmark arena. Perfect for what we needed

Great Location Very well maintained property. Clean and quite. Pool area is extreamly nice. The only draw back is parking. I feel there should be free parking if your paying for the room.

Great price and location if you are heading to Benchmark Arena. The service is self-help with detailed explanations on how to check in and out. My only complaint is my room's floor was not cleaned prior to arrival. There were crumbs on the rug and my socks turned dark from dirty floor. Everything else was cleaned and nice, however. The rooms are very cozy and the features and decor it does make it feel like a small apartment. I would book again if I return to Tampa. I really enjoyed the late check-out option as we usually arrive really late in the night and want to sleep in.

great place will be back!

Rooms were clean staff was very helpful

I spent a week here during a visit to Tampa. Excellent experience. The room had EVERYTHING I needed. (pots & pans, washing machine, etc etc). The gym was decent and the co-work space was excellent. Kasa was very responsive on communication Very walkable to everything downtown Tampa. Definitely will be staying here on my next visit to Tampa

Alles Super sehr zentral wenn in Tampa dann immer wieder gerne..! Sehr toll

Staying at Kasa was definitely worth it. It was within walking distance to Benchmark Arena, which made getting around very convenient. This was my second time staying here, and my mom and I absolutely love it. The place is clean, very spacious, and accommodating. However, this time when we arrived, the trash was completely full and appeared not to have been taken out prior to our arrival. That was my only concern during our stay. Overall, we still had a great experience and would consider staying here again.

Be aware of "banned breeds". While I was eventually able to cancel my "pet friendly" reservation for a refund, I was not made aware of the fact that they are only friendly to some before i had begun the check-in process. That made it a very difficult task to undo. Parking is not included.

MINT TAMPA - FIVE STARS Great experience! Super easy. Fully automated check in. All information needed sent to your phone. The accomodations were amazing. Full kitchen included a Full Size frig and Stove. Great bed that actually disappears into the ceiling to reveal a couch. Will definitely stay in one of these again!

I loved the place, it was very close to the trolley that we rode multiple times. There is also a british topgolf bar place that had really good food and drink prices. Very close to the cruise port, about a 5min drive. I like how everybody minded their business. We did use the pool and the whole place was pretty quiet, but everyone friendly when we did see people.

Beautiful, cozy and great location

The property was very clean it was self checking so you did not need to go to a front desk The instructions that were sent to my phone were very detailed anytime I had a question I replied back to my phone it was answered immediately! I would definitely stay there again.

Easy check-in, clean, Good location. Would rent again or recommend.

Upon parking I was called and notified my booking was cancelled due to background check that I didn't even consent to nor was told about on Expedia or kasa website had already received the confirmation code afterwards I was notified to send my ID for check-in verification then was asked to send a picture I feel as if I was racially profiled I have a criminal history 18 years ago since then I'm a successful business owner with 15 employees even own my own home I just wanted to stay at a nice location for 1 night to rest and was denied
