Good value Likes: Location Dislikes: Every thing ok

Clean, comfortable, central Likes: The property was conveniently located and did everything that it needed to do for my short stay for work. I would certainly book here again and don't have any real complaints about my stay. Dislikes: Nothing to speak of really. All good.

Awesome place with everything you need right in the heart of the the tourist district.

Comfortable stay in the heart of dc. The staff at Kasa was pretty responsive and the amenities were well kept.

Great location to explore DC on foot or by WMATA Likes: Cleanliness , accessibility, location Great location (5mins walk to McPherson square) and every major attraction in DC (except Capitol hill) within 20-30 mins of walk. Unit was extremely clean, bed and linens were comfortable. Appreciated the luggage storage option as alternative to early/late check ins. 24*7 front desk was a huge plus! Also the great coffee provided in the units. The staff who checked us out on April 3rd was very good - he even gave us a sample coffee to take home since I mentioned I liked the coffee so much that I may order only! Really happy with the facilities. Would definitely come back when visiting DC in future. Dislikes: The bathroom storage was a bit small to hang clothes towels put toiletries etc. also storing extra towels underneath the sink closer to ground is probably not a good idea for guests who have mobility issues. The dining area felt a bit cramped and definitely not enough for 4 people (there were 4 seats placed around the table so I am assuming they rent out for occupancy of 4). I expected the living room/dining area to be a bit bigger from the pictures posted online

The perfect stay, really! Likes: The layout of the appartment is amazing! The bed is very comfortable and everything is perfectly ready for the guests to just focus on enjoying DC (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, boiler, kitchen appliances, etc.). Dislikes: Like in any American big city, sleeping with earplugs helps (traffic, ambulances, firefighters, etc.). Also, the AC sound can be turned off if you learn how it works (it just requires a bit of patience).

Felt like we moved into an apartment for the week instead of staying at a hotel. Fully stocked with kitchen gadgets and appliances. Laundry area was bonus! Staff was quick to help and lots of parking available around. Extremely convenient location to all the monuments. Would love to come back.

I booked this stay through Expedia and ran into an issue with the cancellation timing that other travelers should be aware of. The policy is tied strictly to the exact check-in time, not just the day before. That detail isn’t clearly emphasized, and I missed the cutoff by a small margin. I contacted the hotel immediately and requested a one-time exception or even a credit for a future stay. Even though Expedia reviewed the situation and supported making an exception, the hotel refused to offer any flexibility. At this point, I have escalated the matter through my bank, Chase, and am also considering filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau regarding how this was handled. It’s disappointing because this could have been resolved with basic customer service. Instead, it feels unnecessarily rigid for a situation that could have easily been handled with a reasonable exception. I will be sharing this experience publicly so others understand how strictly this is enforced. However, I am still open to resolving this directly if the hotel chooses to reach out and offer a fair solution. If you book here, be extremely careful with the exact cancellation timing down to the hour. There appears to be zero flexibility, even in reasonable situations.

Good for extended stays in Downtown DC.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was very nice, clean, and in a perfect downtown location, making it super easy to explore the city. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I felt very comfortable during my 3-day stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

This place was a great place to stay on our short trip to D.C! We loved the location and walked many places. There is no parking on property so be prepared to spend money on parking, although they let you know this in advance. Also, we were on the 4th floor and right out our window was a trash removal; they came everyday at about 3am and it woke us up. Overall a good stay, just beware of those things! (:

Mint House was a great alternative to hotels. For a similar price we got a full kitchen, living room, and bedroom. Check in was simple and there was always someone at the front desk. Only negative comment is that the location is right across from a night club and a bar so it can get really loud at closing time, especially on Thr-Fri-Sat nights. Our room was facing Vermont Ave where it was loud. There were ear plugs with the room that helped, but if you are able to get a room away from the front of the building that may help.

Loved our stay at The Mint House! Check in was seamless, it was easy to find and the host was very responsive. The bed was so comfortable too and it was overall very quiet (didn’t feel like you were in the city) It was in a great location and very walkable to multiple restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The parking garage closest was less than a block away. Loved our stay and we hope to be back!

Our stay was wonderful and had so much to do in the surrounding areas and walkable to downtown!

Fabulous location- you can almost see the White House from here. Fantastic amenities like washer/dryer, kitchenette, and super friendly 24/7 staff. Spacious apartment close to lots of restaurants and public transportation.

Top choice always We go every 2-3 months for a weekend off with our baby and take the 1 br apartment. Mint house is always our first and favorite option! Great quality bedding, very clean, super convenient and unbeatable location

Likes: Spacious, equipped with everything you need, modern and comfortable. Dislikes: You can't turn the AC on and off on your own, you need to ask for staff assistant. Location is not the best, there aren't many restaurants near by.

Close to all important places in DC Likes: Location,location,location!!! Despite of the lack of hotel garage -good recomendation of the very close one with decent price Dislikes: Small rooms if you have more luggage

Location was excellent. Checking in was easy and hosts were very responsive. Would highly recommend.

Likes: Great location, a very modern European-style kitchen, a quiet space with no noise from neighbors, and a spacious unit. Dislikes: There was no hair dryer, so we had to request one. The bed was quite soft, but new, and didn’t sag under me. The front desk staff could also be a bit more friendly.

Amazing property! High class location, rooms and amenities. Everything is meticulously taken care of. Staff is very attentive. Spacious rooms and designer grade in-room kitchen & laundry.

Service was just meh. Not bad, just indifferent.
