We had a great stay, personnel was awesome and the room/building is in top condition. I highly recommend it!

Fantastic time - I have visited LA a dozen or more times - got the balcony corner room and loved viewing the downtown wildlife and culture - they got pretty much everything right - from the color palate to the amenities - highly recommended

We need to work out the kinks on the air-conditioning and their humidity in the rooms!! Likes: I would say to be honest the only thing I liked about this place would probably be that there was a 24 hour Mexican restaurant open on the side but other than that I couldn’t recommend this place Dislikes: I paid for a certain room and when I got there, they told me the room that I paid for it was not available so they upgraded my room which I thought would be an amazing compensation for what happened I get to the room. They gave me the air conditioner does not work then I let them know so I left for about an hour and I went back and they put a air conditioner in the window, which made no difference so then they gave me to another room. That was a dark room where the air conditioner took about six hours to kick in fully as well, and they still put another air conditioner in the window plus the room has such bad humidity that all of the bedding was very wet to the touch. The mini fridge that they provide did not have any button to cool it down so the mini fridge was so hot the shower in the restroom. The faucet fell off when you tried to use it. They couldn’t figure out how to get the right temperature on the shower. So ya Customer service was good. That’s all. I could probably say that was a positive for myself. I will never be taken recommendation from a Instagram post because I felt duped!!!

Unica pecca la posizione che essendo al confine di Downtown alla sera è pieno di personaggi un po’ “Crazy” e la sera è impossibile uscire se si è con bambini come nel mio caso. X chi viaggia con auto consiglio di utilizzare il loro servizio con valet perchè i parcheggi intorno alla struttura non sono molto sicuri.

Comfortable and lovely stay Likes: Stayed here for my husbands birthday and the staff left my husband a birthday card and some snacks and a small bottle of champagne. Really enjoyed the ameneties the hotel had to offer. Really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was so nice and helpful. Will definitely stay again. The room was big and spacious and the bed was so comfotable. Loved the color scheme and all the decor throught the hotel. There is rooftop bar/club that my husband and I really enjoyed. The coffee shop downstairs had really great coffee. Dislikes: Not being able to control the AC. It seems the AC was set at 74 degrees which is not bad at all but at times I wish i was able to lower the temperature and was unable to.

What a delightful hotel!! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My room was small but cozy. The architecture was unique, the pool on the roof was a great vibe, and the bed/pillows were heavenly! I enjoyed the fragrance they used in the rooms, however, if you have an allergy to fragrances it would be rather strong for you. Would stay there again!

Very clean, the room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful and it is in such a nice spot.

Considering this is an older property in downtown LosAngeles it was well maintained. The room was nice but the bathroom was a nightmare. As someone who loves a hot shower the water only ever got lukewarm and that was after having to mess with the knob and letting the water run for 20+ minutes and the tile in the shower was disgusting and broken. The sliding door to close the restroom did not give adequate privacy as we were sharing the room with other people. There is a full length mirror right outside of the door that you can see anyone that’s sitting on the toilet. We also had to call the front desk because the thermostat in the room during the day wouldn’t allow us to turn the ac any lower then 78 degrees and with it being so hot outside already we felt like we were cooking inside of our hotel room. The response we were given from the front was basically since it being so hot outside the ac was trying to acclimate and we just needed wait and deal with it. The beds were comfortable and the room was cute but the basics like hot water and a cold room were not there.

Happy with my stay, only downfall was them charging for an early check in, paid 32 to check in at 2pm. I went in at 1, got a text 15 min later that it was ready. As I am appreciative of checking in early, I don’t like the charge

Unpleasant Likes: The location was decent Dislikes: The pale working at the front desk were rude. My shower had cold water my entire stay and nothing was done to accommodate.

3 night business stay week of July 20th What went right: - Location was great for my needs - bed was comfortable - Jonathan and the staff at the front desk were great and tried to assist as best they could - Nice gym and rooftop pool What went wrong: - No hot water, tepid at best - No water pressure, a rapid drip would be a fair description. - Air conditioning struggled to keep up first day. What the staff did to try to help: - Shower head was changed, but didn't Improve - Air Conditioning was adjusted, big Improvement. - Hot water was called out for service, but just never got better - Gave me a free later check out. It's an old building. I get It, but no hot water and no pressure I a NO for me going forward. I'll try other hotels In the area.

I love how updated it was while still looking antique. The coffee and face masks in the room made the trip more relaxing along with a refreshing rain shower. Definitely plan on staying here again!

Nice hotel clean, lovely rooms comfortable beds, hotel in great location restaurants, shops, all within walking distance.I found the staff to be very helpful and always friendly

Likes: Nice room with view of the city and a balcony. Hotel was quiet inside. There was city noise but the AC was loud enough to cover that. Dislikes: I don't really like a hotel without staff to greet you and check on you. Feels lonely. Not a fan of self check in and not a fan of uploading selfies to verify online. There was no info on what the hotel is going to do with my info or image.

Perfect spot for shows at The Orpheum. Classy and clean and rooms with everything you’d need. Rooms smell great with a subtle signature scent when you return. Easy walking distance to The Broad and other museums.

Likes: La ubicación es súper céntrica para ir a muchos puntos de la ciudad y fácil acceso a transporte público y de aplicación. La habitación súper cómoda y linda. La alberca en el rooftop y el bar están muy cool. Tiene gimnasio pequeño pero funcional y lavandería en el mismo piso es un plus! El personal súper amable y hay seguridad para entrar al edificio. Esperamos volver pronto! Dislikes: Que no haya closet aunque sea uno pequeño.

The hotel and hotel staff were amazing. Shout out to Brandon, the overnight security and front desk guy! The neighborhood wasnt the best, but never felt unsafe at all. Inside the hotel was spectacular, outside was a different story. We came for the widespread panic shows at The Orpheum. For once my weird hippy friends werent the worst ones on the streets!
