10/10 Exceptional
I recently had the pleasure of staying with Kasa in the DTLA space and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home.
The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated. I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed and the stunning view from my window. The amenities provided, including the high-speed Wi-Fi and the pool, added a touch of luxury to my stay.
One of the highlights was the hotel's location. It was conveniently situated near key attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The concierge was very helpful in providing recommendations and directions.
Overall, my experience with Kasa was exceptional. The combination of outstanding service, excellent facilities, and a perfect location made for a memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious retreat. I look forward to my next visit!
