10/10 Exceptional
Prior to our arrival, we were excited to stay downtown and enjoy the aesthetic of the hotel for our anniversary. Our experience did not disappoint, primarily because of the exceptional service we received once we were there. Upon check-in and finding out the reason for our stay, our room was upgraded and a celebratory bottle of bubbly was sent to our room unsolicited— It was so lovely!!! Throughout our stay, the staff was friendly and warm. The roof top bar & pool were a great place to hang out, dance, and grab a drink. We easily found parking in the lot next door and there were plenty of walkable places to eat and explore. We’re looking forward to returning again soon. Thank you Ace for making our anniversary so special!!!
