I've stayed at an Ace Loft for 5 nights for business. My room was on the 13th floor and because of the Roof Top Bar open until 2am each night with super loud music and people screaming at each other, I couldn't fall a sleep at all so ended up getting maybe 4 hours of sleep each night.
What a nightmare!
Each time I wanted to move my rooms, the front desk told me "we have nothing available" and if I complained more they told me to pack my bags at 11am and wait for them to let me know when a room is available?? How can I make plans when I don't even know when I'll be moving to a room. I had valuable things with me and didn't want my valuables to end up wherever it may have been end up!
On top of everything, the hotel only offers housecleaning until 3pm! You need a fresh towel in the evening? (BTW the Loft suit came with 1 set of towels!) Nope forget about it! So remove your "do not disturb" sign before 3pm if you want service!
Not to mention that when I show my frustration, the front desk has been super rude and completely ignoring my issues.
NEVER EVER I'D STAY HERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!!
