Not a fan at all! I know this is supposed to be a "hipster" type of hotel but service is service and you had none. The rooms are horribly small and lacks even the basic amenities. It's so unfortunate because this hotel has so much potential. Valet is an absolute joke and every time I went to get my car over the 3 days I was there, I waited at least 20 min everytime. And the parking lot is literally 100 feet away. Finally one of the times I just walked to my car myself and demanded the keys. Another time no one was there to take my car so I decided to park it myself, given the 100 ft away. The late night valet guy who appeared to have dread lock style of hair, miraculously appeared out if no where and said I couldnt park my own car. I explained I've been waiting 20 min and I was tired given it was 12am. He said he was busy and I had to pull back to the front. Extremely frustrated at this point I grudgingly decided to park a mile down the road instead of paying the $40 for overnight parking. Walking back at 12:30 in the morning wasn't very fun so thank you ace for being so bad that I would even consider parking somewhere else in the middle of the night rather then put up with your lack of guest services. Not a great hotel but service all around was astonishingly bad, and it was everyone not just one department. Good luck with that one....
