10/10 Exceptional
This hotel is really cool and has some neat history! The cafe, rooftop, and rooms are super vibey. The pool is tiny, but it’s more for a dip and lounging around. The shower has great pressure and gets super hot. The bed might be the most comfortable bed and the best pillows I’ve had at a hotel. Blackout curtains did their job. The staff is very welcoming, friendly, and super helpful and knowledgeable. The area is a bit rough, but it’s walking distance to the LA convention center and the Novo. Street parking wasn’t too hard to find, there’s a paid lot next door, and they also have valet. They were giving complimentary tickets to guests for the movie theater, which is really cool. I wish we could have checked it out but we had plans! Would definitely stay again especially to check out the movie theater!
