It is pretty nice to stay there. Check in very convenient. Solve questions quickly through phone text. Clean. Only the shower fountains need some maintenance. Took too much muscle to open it.

Great stay

We had a good stay!

Great stay

I was flying in late so hesitant because they don’t have front desk staff 24/7. The process was very easy and I actually used the staff more because I could just text them. A great stay and very nice staff members. A quieter hotel than other big names bordering the freeways.

My wife and I have always loved staying at this property. Great views of the city, stylish rooms and a great cafe downstairs. We stayed here a few times while dating and most recently stayed here on our wedding night! I always recommend the Ace Hotel to people when staying in LA.

Nice place downtown, would stay again.

キレイで良かった。 電車の駅が少し歩くのでそれ以外は良かった

Great place and location! Felt like home

Despite the limited availability of photographs, my expectations were not met. The room was significantly smaller than anticipated, and the carpets were outdated. Nevertheless, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The check-in process was straightforward, and the building’s security measures, including multiple access codes, provided a sense of safety. Additionally, the rooftop was a pleasant addition, and the staff and residents there were friendly.

Great stay overall! The location was excellent and the host provided clear, easy-to-follow instructions. There’s a cozy cafe right downstairs, which was super convenient. Just a heads up for future guests: the layout is very open—while stylish and modern, the shower area is near the bed with minimal privacy. That might be something to consider if you’re sharing the space with a family member or friend. Otherwise, everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Would definitely recommend!

It was clean and there is really nice water purifier.

Everything was perfect!! Enjoyed my stay! Cant wait to get back

It’s was nice

I booked a king suite for a friend and I. Upon arrival everything seemed fine, but when we got to the room we realized that the shower was made of windows and had no door. My friend and I are close, but not that close. Thankfully the front desk was able to provide me with a shower curtain. And the toilet is practically in a broom closet. I wasn’t a fan of that. Overall I think the room, and the amenities, were fine, just not quite worth what I paid for.

Loved it, good memories and would come back :) Likes: We really liked the room and how it was laid out, the design and modern vibe. It was perfect for a night stay. Parking lots around, so you have to look to find one for overnight. Would stay again. Dislikes: Wish there was a dedicated parking spot.

ottima struttura, camera pulita, personale gentile e qualificato. In questo viaggio l'alloggio migliore in cui siamo stati. Sicuramente usare il parcheggio raccomandato dall'host, zona non molto raccomandabile.

Great location

Said simply, this hotel is doing everything right. The mid-century modern rooms (703 and 1303 are especially fantastic) are clean and comfortable with great city sky scapes. The lobby bar and rooftop bar (what a view!) are helmed by Eric and his wonderful bartender Addie — prepare to be welcomed with innovative cocktails and feel like one of the regulars. The lobby coffee bar provides coffee and light breakfast & snacks that hit the spot. And the self-service laundry facilities on the 4th floor allow you to wash & dry entire loads of clothes for what you would spend to have one shirt done at other hotels. But the big highlight of Stile is the staff. Everyone at the front desk is professional and warm. A special call out to Frankie at the front desk who efficiently and kindly dealt with a reservation mistake I had made. Even the cleaning staff greets you with a smile and happy energy (our maid for room 1303 couldn’t have been more pleasant and thoughtful). You get the sense that people care about the guests and like working there. Wow. I travel a lot around the world at good and luxury hotels, and I can say truly that Stile is on it.

Overall was a nice place, beautiful architecture and garden on the roof. Our room was functional and had a very comfortable bed. We were surprised at the absence of a door on the shower. The bathroom had sliding doors that did not lock and would always leave over an inch of space between the door and the wall. We have heard of people being afraid of this part of the city, but it felt safe and similar to all other areas in downtown LA. There was a cute coffee shop on the main floor of STILE, and a nice restaurant just a couple doors down (Zinqué) that we frequented daily.

A cool stay but the wifi did not reach the room and the area is quite noisy at night. There was also a lot of random stains in the carpet but everything else was relatively clean.

Good

Had a great time staying at Stile DTLA. The staff were very polite and the place was in a very convenient spot.

It was a nice place to stay and the check-in and check-out was smooth.

Stayed in their King Room and it was very spacious and very comfortable as well ! Will definitely be top choice for staying in DTLA !

STILE by Kasa was well priced, safe, clean and in a convenient part of DTLA next to a CVS and multiple food spots. The rooms are stylish and feel comfy. I’m definitely stay here again! Check in and check out were a breeze and the staff were friendly. Thank you STILE by Kasa!

Kasa’s home was everything that was explained. Very cozy and convenient and just what I needed. I will definitely be booking again.

Nice hotel that provides an agreeable stay overall

Great place to stay, was very clean and located close to public transportation which was convenient. I would stay here again next time I am in the area.

Alles super

The room is an interesting layout but all good for me the weekend

This will be my go to airbnb whenever I'll be in dtla, as long as the price is decent and affordable

Very comfortable stay!

Great Convienton place! Extended 2 nights!

Good place to stay in DTLA

Great spot for a stay in LA. Loved the products for shampoo/conditioner etc. and they even had face masks and a noise machine which I thought were great touches. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Location was central. I will stay here again when I find myself in the area.

Amazing space and great frontdesk

Very comprehensive check in instructions and a great stay. thank you!

Litt støy rundt omkring, og litt gammelt i rommet men ellers greit

Me and my boyfriend came here for a night away, and it was perfect. Not to big not to small but it was cozy and had a patio so it was perfect for us.

nice stay

Everything

Great place in DTLA to stay. Very nice pool top along with a great bar lounge in the lobby

This was my first time at the hotel, I was truly amazed by staff and how helpful and accommodating, they walked me through every step explained how the security codes worked the staff was friendly even though I only stayed 1 day I know where I would stay again. Thank you for an amazing welcome.

Good stay if you wanna spend a few days in Downtown LA!

I would stay again!

Smaller than expected, no phone in the room so i had to go to the first floor for any requests
