I booked a stay at this hotel, but as soon as I arrived, I knew I couldn’t stay even for one night. The biggest issue? The shower had no door, offering absolutely no privacy—which was especially awkward since I was traveling with my brother. This was never mentioned in the booking details, and had I known, I would have never booked here.
To make matters worse, the customer service was terrible. The staff was unhelpful, dismissive, and showed no concern when I raised my issues. Instead of offering a solution, they acted like they didn’t care.
I ended up leaving without staying the night. Save your money and book somewhere else—this place is not worth it!
