STILE by KASA sent all information needed for check-in via text & everything was very clear, super easy & safe. Building is beautiful, clean & modern. I booked the King Room with gym and pool access, the style is industrial and modern, I stayed on the 4th floor. Yes, it’s true no shower curtains! Water pressure was excellent. There was shampoo, conditioner, shower gel & plenty of towels provided. There was a room safe, a mini fridge, a white noise machine and electric kettle. My room was missing a hair dryer & iron, I did have to request the hair dryer because I have long hair with bangs 😔 I requested it via text for the virtual desk and they were attempting to resolve the issue within a day while I sat in my room with wet hair. Luckily, housekeeping stopped by to offer to clean room right around that time & I kindly requested a hair dryer & they provided it to me within 2 minutes. Thank you Sara! Housekeeping was excellent during stay. Rooftop is a great vibe! Very walkable location!
