Super nice. Very responsive. Worth it. The location doesn’t reserve parking, so you have to park in the lots near it. $10/12-hour at Athena parking or $15/12-hour at Broadway Palace. Very walkable

I am very happy with my stay at Kasa. Staff was very kind, and there are multiple parking options at walking distance. Being in DTLA there are many things to do and food options, all walking distance.

Loved the renovation to the room. It was a very unique open style setting. The toilet was in closed separately, but shower was open to the room. It had an 60s feel with modern utilities. The hotel itself was safe and felt that way. Outside of the hotel was dirty due to homeless people. They didn’t bother anyone, just a small inconvenience. Was definitely worth what I paid.

I give very high praise to Kasa with their communication. I didn’t do any outreach to the virtual help desk, but I appreciate the frequent text message check-ins and updates a lot. Please read through all that they send you! There are few spaces outside to park—an unloading zone for 10mins. I parked for two nights at a garage on 835 S Hill St. through Spot Hero for $35ish. The room my partner and I had looked more like the pic of the room of where the bed faces the TV. The room came with a bunch of coffee and tea, ear plugs and white noise machine, face masks, and shower supplies. Nice amenities! The bed was comfy—the down blanket kept us a bit too warm—but thermostat helped. Mini fridge and water boiler in the room was nice, but wish we had a microwave. The area is relatively okay to walk around during the day—lots around—but I wouldn’t feel safe as a solo woman at night. We used Lyft to get around too. I’d say price for this stay was very worth it, and we’d both stay here again!

I had an amazing stay in downtown Los Angeles! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect—right in the heart of the city with easy access to great restaurants, shops, and attractions. The host was outstanding—super responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Their attention to detail and clear communication made the entire experience seamless. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Los Angeles. I’ll definitely book again on my next trip to the city!

All good, boutique style Korean hotel Rooms are modern industrial design. Very comfortable beds. Responsive host. Walkable to very good eating places. Nice gym. Cozy stay and love the window seats. The only thing which was a little unexpected was some rooms have clear glass bathrooms and no doors. But you can ask for curtains to make them closed if preferred .

The Stile hotel was an amazing value for my short trip to Los Angeles. The hotel is centrally located downtown (very close to crypto Arena) and close to other LA hot spots. The room itself was comfortable and had everything you would need. The room itself isn’t massive but perfect for one or two people traveling for a short stay. All in all for what I paid I would definitely stay again if I was in the area in need of accommodation.
