Loved staying here. Everything was very smooth and the rooftop pool and wine bar are great additions. Had zero problems with noise and the room was very comfortable. Overall great experience would highly recommend.

This was an excellent stay, and I’ll definitely be back. While there was a bit of a learning curve with the access codes, once you get the hang of it, it’s smooth sailing. From Thursday to Sunday, there’s a rooftop wine bar that plays loud music, which can be heard on the floors below. However, I had read about this beforehand, so I was prepared and not bothered—the TV easily drowned out the noise. Parking was a breeze, as I used the lot right next door (for an additional fee). Overall, I thought this was a fantastic place!

Schnelles einfaches Check-in. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und genau richtig aber ziemlich "rustikal". Die Lage in Downtown war ok, nachts alleine würde ich aber nicht rumlaufen. Der Zimmerservice war ebenfalls gut.

I have a few complaints about the hotel revolving around their utilities. Their shower was a bit awkward to deal with - more specifically the temperature of the water would rise / fall randomly between cold and extremely lukewarm. Not sure if it was an issue with their shower knob, or water heating system. They also didn't provide bathroom rugs for the bathroom floor which was awkward - especially for the European style shower they have. Definitely a super quirky room layout. Not the most comfortable or practical stay/hotel, but definitely in an awesome location. Did enjoy the decor and everything else!

Host free check in, automatic check out. Very easy accessibility with passcode to building, elevator and to your very clean room. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone.

Not too far from the subway stops and near great dining. Broadway can be a bit sketchy, though, especially at night. It felt relatively safe, nevertheless. Great modern vibe in a historic setting!

Preis Leistung Top . Gerne Wieder ! Likes: Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist gut . Aber nicht bestens. Bus und Bahn Anbindungen sind vorhanden. Preisleistung ist super gewesen . Und ich würde wieder kommen Dislikes: Leider hatten wir am Anfang Probleme mit den Tür Codes. Dies war etwas umständlich. Aber uns wurde gut geholfen. Leider kann aus Sicherheitsgründen das Fenster nicht weit geöffnet werden. Und die Fahrstühle haben leider Probleme gemacht .

Perfect stay! Walking distance to so many restaurant, bars, attractions. Beautiful, clean room. Intuitive check in / communication process. Allowed an early check in which I was so grateful for!

Good value for the area. The bed was comfortable, and the room was compact but well fitted out, though the "industrial" style might not be to everyone's tastes. They'd thoughtfully provided earplugs and a white noise machine with a wide variety of tracks. The room was rather under-lit, though; it seemed like it was missing a main light. Check in was simple even though I arrived late, after the front desk had closed. The front desk staff were friendly and storing my luggage after I checked out wasn't a problem. There's a nice breakfast place, Zinqué, next door too. The main thing to note is that the area was very noisy — the aforementioned noise machine helped a lot, but I wouldn't recommend it for light sleepers. That said, I'd come here again for a short, budget stay in Downtown LA.

Prime location, checkin and out was easy, super cute rooftop lounge area. I can’t wait to come back and stay again soon.

They are really accommodatibg even when I wanted to check in early. Highly recommended!

Beautiful hotel!

Staff, and the place all were very nice. Room on 13th floor was super noisy due to night club/bar private events going on which were not in the description. I didn’t mind it too much but the third straight night of the loud DJ was a bit too much. I’m a party animal but Kasa knows how to party harder. Would recommend to a friend to stay but not a friend that values quiet and chill.

The room I reserved had an industrial vibe. It was large and the bed was comfortable. Codes were given so it could have been contactless if that was your preference. The staff members were nice. I ended up hanging in the lobby for almost 2 hours. Playlist was great!

Budget friendly accommodation Likes: The location is perfect if you are attending some shows which is just a walking distance. The staff are great and helpful during check in or any inquiry about the room and facilities. They have this good quality and scented body wash, shampoo and conditioner because most of the facilities I have check in, they have terrible products to use. Also, they have earplugs in the room because you can here the hussle and traffic outside the building especially during rush hour. Dislikes: There is no slippers that can be used and if I knew it, I should have brought my own slippers. The shower is fine with me. I am not fussy since i am travelling alone but if this will be by friends, the shower is totally open so no privacy. Also, there is no light that will cover the whole room because there are only certain areas only with lights such as toilet, sink, door, desk area and bedside which i just turned on all of the lights to make th room bright and visible. I think more cleaning needed to happen coz when i looked under the bed i saw a used one piec of earplug. Moreover, i didnt like the mirror just in front of my face when i am sleeping so i covered my side of the bed that i can see the mirror.
