Warmish shower at best, but well located, clean, and do the job. Likes: Very well located near a metro station, plenty of restaurant and bar, and there is even a cofee shop inside the hotel. There is some high people around the corner / street, but they leave you alone so don't worry, this is like this all around downtown anyway. Il y a plein de gens drogué / défoncé dans les rues avoisinantes mais ils vous laisse tranquille, au début ca surprend un peu mais pas de panique, ils ne vous demandent rien, et c'est comme ca dans presque tout le centre ville de toute façon. Dislikes: The shower was warmish at best, sometime cold... The windows where not sound proof at all, but it was somewhat calm at night so that's ok, but the windows frame could be changed to more modern one for the sake of sound and ecology. La douche était souvent tiède, voir froide... Les fenêtres étaient vieille et mal insonorisée, mais il faisait souvent calme la nuit donc ca allait.. Les chassis pourraient cependant être rénové par soucis d'insonorisation et d'écologie.

A nice hotel with some drawbacks Likes: The staff is very nice and helpful : they let us enjoying the roof area after checking out. I really appreciate. The room is big and decoration was nice, so do the bathroom. There are many shops and restaurant in the area. Roof is amazing. Kasa online website is very good too for self check in and amenities. Dislikes: I didn’t like the fact that their charge you 250$ as deposit, KASA didn’t mention that point if I remember well. Plus, the room was not in a perfect state : furnitures were well used, a light switch was damaged and a mug was dirty. It did not affect our stay but it’s not fair to pay a deposit in those conditions. I opened a statement to KASA and they responded very quickly, I appreciate. The street is full of homeless and drugs addict early in the morning and late at night, I didn’t feel so safe in the evening.

We just stayed one night but it was very nice and was exactly what I needed. My husband and I were attending a concert that night and we wanted a place close by. We knew it would end late and didn’t want to drive to get home after the concert. The place was amazing. The check in process was super easy and very straight forward. We got ready then left to our concert which was a short 16 minute walk to the Crypto Arena. Everything was great and even check out was easy. The only downside is there is no parking for the guests. We had to park at a nearby parking structure which wasn’t so bad for LA but it would have been nice to not have to look and pay for parking. Other than that it was good.

Great stay overall; nearby great food and coffee; this ain’t a hotel so don’t expect hotel-like amenities and/or services, however it was a pleasant experience. Also keep in mind that you’re traveling to LA, home to hundreds of homeless people and crackheads, regardless KASA is secure and under surveillance 24/7. Great option to avoid excessive hotel fees and deposits.

While visiting my niece who attends USC, I stayed at this hotel. I was very impressed by the layout and cleanliness of the room, particularly the bed, which was crisp and clean. I found the staff friendly and helpful. I was grateful for the 6 AM opening of the coffee bar downstairs. The only downside was the noise, being located right on Broadway, but the white noise machine in the room, and the earplugs provided help immensely

I did not have a problem with hot water or AC (heating - cooling) as well. The rooftop wine bar is working from Thursday till Sunday at the evenings. It is cool! The rooftop pool is working from 11 am to 11 pm. The cafe at the entrance is nice, the people were kind as well. Downtown is a different area but I did not have any problems at all. Definitely, I can stay there again on my next trip.

The room is really cold and the heater is not working. The front desk says they have no extra blanket which is kind of unexpected for a hotel. I had to go out and bought a blanket otherwise it was freezing. The neighborhood is also a bit sketchy.

The building has a lot of character, excellent condition. Very secure, beautiful lobby. Quieter than typical chain hotels. The first room I checked into had a strange smell, but the staff were very responsive and able to change me to another one. As for parking, if you have a car, the parking garage, across Broadway (not affiliated) I would not recommend—the payment station was not functioning well, and many entrances were out of order.

Great place to stay while visiting LA. Staff were super helpful, and checking in and out was a breeze. Great prices too, would highly recommend.

I loved a precious location I went to that Kasa hosted but this one wasn’t great since you can’t even choose where you want to stay which is so random. You can think you’re booking a certain room layout and then end up playing roulette on if you get it. Place was sick and chic but super annoying you can’t choose the exact space you want and random. If they could fix that then this would be a solid 5 stars.

We really enjoyed the contactless check-in process and not having to fumble around trying to find Key cards that don’t always work anyway The pool rooftop deck is really nice and a good place to enjoy views of the city. The staff we did interact with were very kind and personable.
