Beautiful space with very responsive host. Cute little coffee bar downstairs. Loved the toiletries and that a face mask was included!

Great service, always staff there to assist, everyone’s polite. Great service with Kasa, quick responses and amazing costumer service.

DO NOT STAY HERE !!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND WILL CHARGE YOU FOR THINGS YOU DID NOT DO I LEFT MY ROOM CLEAN ! DURING MY STAY I NOTICED A SEWAGE SMELL COMING THROUGH THE AC VENT AND INSTEAD OF COMPLAINING I LIT A CANDLE. SINCE I WAS STAYING IN DTLA AND IT IS QUIET DIRTY I ASSUMED THIS IS NORMAL LIKE IT IS IN NYC HOTELS. HOWEVER THE HOTEL DECIDED TO CHARGE ME 210 DOLLARS FOR CIGARETTE SMOKE SMELL , I DO NOT SMOKE AND NEVER HAVE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. NEITHER DID ANY OF THE FRIENDS I HAD VISIT ME DURING MY STAY. I WAS A WONDERFUL QUIET AND CLEAN GUEST THEY DIDNT HAVE A REASON TO CHARGE ME SO THEY FABRICATED ONE ! I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE

Likes: For those who value privacy, I highly recommend Kasa Hotel. It’s only a 10-minute drive from Koreatown, and I loved that there are restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it easy to walk around. From check-in to check-out, you can do everything on your phone without ever having to visit the front desk, and even after midnight, you can request housekeeping services through real-time chat, which was a major plus. The large windows covering an entire wall made the room feel open, and I thought the hotel rates were affordable compared to the price. This trip was a great experience, especially because I was able to bring my pet along.

I like that it was close to the fashion district. The staff was great and accommodating. What I didn’t like in particular that the beds sit really low and the tub sits really high. It was a little dangerous getting out of the shower.

Du coup, on entend tout dehors. Chambre très mal éclairée, avec toutes les petites lumières allumées, ce n’était pas suffisant. Moquette sale Personnel fait le strict minimum, pas de bonjour. C’est à nous de réclamer la recharge de papier WC, il n’y avait pas de rouleau d’avance.

Very strong smell of pet urine in the room I was assigned (805). The people working at this hotel were wonderful, but could not move me to another room or do anything about the smell. The carpet was VERY stained and dirty. Also, there was no bath tub as pictured. Pro tip, if you do stay here you can get $1 drip coffee downstairs if you have your own mug.

Too expensive for what it is. Poorly renovated old hotel that has no check in, no staff, no room service, hardly any amenities. Way too expensive for what it is.

Lovely place. Very progressive in the way you check in and out. Efficient and easy.

Very clean and secure

We enjoyed our stay in Kasa Hotel. Great rooftop bar, and bed very comfortable. Unfortunately room was not cleaned for our entire stay there and the area felt slightly unsafe in the evening time (fine during the day) but conveniently located to get around the city.

Und der Beschreibung war die Ausstattung eher spartanisch aber das Zimmer war dann doch mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Bequemes und großes Bett. Ausreichend Handtücher, Shampoo, Seife, Lotion, Fön etc. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte perfekt und es gab sogar einen kleinen Kühlschrank, was mir sehr gelegen kam. Das Zimmer war modern und zeitgemäß gestaltet. Sehr hell und Blick auf die Straße. Ich hatte einige Termine in Downtown und so war die Lage für mich perfekt.

Likes: 1/ la literie: le coton des draps sont très agréables et la couette n'est pas lourde. 2/ la chambre : La grande armoire très volumineuse 3/ l'emplacement: bien placé Dislikes: 1/ la literie: Ma femme a eu mal au coccyx dès le lendemain de son arrivée et sa douleur a perduré pendant les 15 jours. Mon mari avait mal lui aux épaules du fait des oreillers car le matelas est extrêmement inconfortable et devrait vraiment être changé. La réception nous avait assuré la veille que notre chambre serait nettoyé en high priority car elle n'avait pas été faite la veille. et quelle surprise de nous entendre dire que le personnel est débordé et qu'il ne nettoiera pas la chambre. personne n'est venu nous enlever les ordures . cela s'est passé les 14 et 15 septembre. 2/ la chambre : Nous avons regretté qu'il n'y ait pas de table basse pour poser la valise ,seulement 1 chaise et pas 2 et pas de possibilité d'avoir une prise des 2 côtés du lit. la chambre est mal organisée 3/ l'emplacement: bien placé ( chambre 907 vue sur la rue)

Nice affordable place, but would prefer somewhere outside of Downtown Los Angeles Likes: Loved the stile of the building and the vibes. The room was clean, cafe downstairs was nice, pool was awesome as well. Dislikes: Had issues with checking in delays and that was bothersome for me, but otherwise the stay was nice.

Stayed here when this was Ace Hotel and tbh didn’t miss the changes. Feels more like an apt hotel (minus a kitchen) which works well for my style of travel. Parked around the corner in a covered garage — easy peasy. Cleaning staff super sweet, as well as the front desk staff. I’m familiar with this area so know what to expect. Loved my room with balcony. Check in/out and access all super easy!

Muy mal servicio

Great location, the staff were incredibly helpful and kind! I would stay here again without a doubt. The amenities were great with a rooftop pool and a coffee shop downstairs. The room itself was very comfortable and clean.
