I was very disappointed with our stay at this hotel overall.
First, when we arrived, we were surprised to find out that parking was not included. Every other hotel we have stayed at has included parking in the room price, so having to pay an additional $40 for just one day of parking was unexpected and frustrating. On top of that, there was also an extra $20 fee separate from the $122 we already paid for the one-night stay. These extra charges were not made clear beforehand.
The parking area itself is also very small, making it difficult to park comfortably.
As for the room, it was much smaller than expected, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. I was unable to sleep all night because of how uncomfortable it was.
The shower pressure was also very low, which made it take much longer than normal to shower and wash my hair.
I do want to mention that the lady working there with the purple hair was incredibly sweet and very helpful, and she was one of the few positive parts of our experience. The hotel also has a rooftop with a nice view of Austin, which was one of the better parts of the stay.
Overall, this was not a great stay, and unfortunately I would not choose to stay here again.
