Sehr gute Lage wenn man Austin zu Fuss erkunden möchte - viele Café's & Bars in Gehdistanz. Die Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich und haben unsere Wünsche ernst genommen. Es kann Abends etwas laut werden, da direkt nebenan eine Bar ist die bis 2:00 Musik laufen lässt aber ansonsten super!

Great experience overall!!! Ample space, clean, and highly accessible to things around town. Only downsides were noise at night with nightlife and paid public parking under the building was difficult and expensive.

It was just an overnight trip. It was by a lot of bars. Parking was weird. There's parking garage and you have to pay through an app. And you can't park overnight at the parking that's under it. It was very confusing.

Room and staff are great but parking is a NIGHTMARE. Be prepared to spend another $40-$80 on parking per night

From the time I walked in to the time I checked out everything was awesome. The staff is amazing and so helpful. Everything was so clean and comfortable. Great spot for tourists who want the night life. The room was perfect for me and the bathroom was huge. The amenities are even better and staff assisted with everything I needed! I’ll be back for sure!

Great hotel in fun area! We had a great time staying at this hotel. The staff was attentive, the room was nice and clean, the hotel is in a great location to have fun in. We would definitely love to stay here again in the future and take advantage of the parking under the hotel as well

Loved the location and ease of check-in. It was a little loud at night, but that should be expected due to the area. They even provided a white noise machine and ear plugs. Only issue was parking. I was under the impression I could use their lot which was not the case. I parked across the street which ended up being $45/day which I wasn't planning on spending. Just note that parking is not guaranteed and street parking is near impossible.

This place was just PERFECT for what I was looking for in Austin. So, so good. I stayed here for just one night while I was traveling on business for an event nearby, and man, I wish I stayed for a few more days! To start, the price. You just don't see prices like this much in Austin. Incredibly reasonable. The staff is extremely nice if you get a chance to see them (granted, they aren't always at the front desk, but the lady that works there is funny and great with customers). The rooms are clean, small but comfortable. The view is pretty solid as well. You get a kitchen, a reasonable (but again, somewhat small) bathroom, nice bed, and just all that you'd really need in a studio. Obviously it's not a mansion, but for the price, it's more than worth it! You also get a nice mini fridge (I was super happy about that)! Even a TV. Theres also some seating areas outside your room, shared spaces for work and activities, and an awesome balcony with views of downtown on the 6th floor. Check in is very simple; it's tech-enabled and I had almost no issues with it. A small caveat -- although I truly enjoyed my time here, I'm not a fan of the way Kasa does identity verification. They use a third party that is notoriously questionable with data storage and privacy. If they worked with someone else, I'd stay again with no hesitation. But if you are a privacy buff, do keep this in mind. But otherwise, a fantastic choice for an excellent price.

Not set up for handicap accommodations. Grab bars in bathroom were loose and very dangerous. Toilet seat not secured. No place to hang clothes. Do not stay here if you are traveling for business or a wedding, or any function that would require nice clothes. The only place available to hang them is over the back of a chair! I understand not having a dedicated closet, but at least install a hook on the wall. Parking not included. Plan on another $30-$35 / night to park assuming you find a place to park.

Paid for the night, then said I can only stay tomorrow due to system error. I’m travelling and I wasn’t staying in the state longer than a day. Made me cancel it. Non refundable. Basically got robbed. It is what it is

Likes: Location Dislikes: The loud music, be prepared. The bathroom door is a barn door style and it was off the bottom track which left a huge gap top and bottom sides so no privacy to go potty. Lack of place to put like tooth brushes ECT in the bathroom. Poor water pressure and if 2 people took a show hot water ran out. There were decent winds and rain and to lock or unlock the door you either had to push it pull the door to get the locks to engage/disengage. I told the front desk and they just said ya that happens like they did not care.

Live like a local in central East Austin We love the vibe and location of these loft-like suites with kitchen facilities. Better value than a hotel, and access to great restaurants and bars, as well as a quick walk to buy groceries if you need a night in. Friendly and helpful staff if you need them, but otherwise you can just come and go and live like a local. Sparkling clean, with convenient access to a free to use laundry room. Also a nice roof deck with a city view. We’ll be back!

Clean rooms

The place was nice and clean, but our bathroom was out of body wash and linens were limited. We sent request but it took 24 hrs to get response each time. We would get like 3 different messages telling us they would address but it seemed automated. I was not happy with the lack of attentive service. A hotel would have been better. Also very loud and limited parking (prepaid for parking only to not have reserved spot or guaranteed parking). The noise prevented rest as you can hear everyone walking above you, around you and late bar noises. I did like the location overall but I would probably not stay again due to parking , noise and lack of attentive service.

I loved staying here ! The place was nice and clean and all of the amenities were also nice and clean. This place is nice if you are okay with being close to everything. The night life is also great here.

Great stay! The location is amazing. Just a short uber from actual downtown but right in the middle of a bunch of great bars, restaurants, and hang out spot. The room was clean and they had more amenities than what was listed. The room was super cute and spacious with lots of space to unpack and get ready. The building is quite cute as well with lots of amenities and spots to hang out. If you stay you must try the pizza place next door!

Ac didn’t work, you get connected to an answering service from a foreign country and no one can do anything to help until staff arrive between 2-6 pm. By then we headed home. Couldn’t even imagine showering and sweating all over again. It was literally cooler outside than inside. My husband slept on a patio couch like a homeless person. I just sweat my ass off.
