Like a small condo, in unit washer dryer, full size refrigerator, electric range (no oven). I stayed on the second floor on a busy weekend and didn't have any issues with noise from the street as a few others mentioned. Great value. Would return.

This place is filthy. Stains on bed linens upon arrival and when I was moved to another room it was even worse. The walls are covered in dirt and scuff marks. The virtual check in wasn’t working and took very long on the phone to get checked in. I ended up leaving the property due to unclean room options.

Please be aware that the hallways carry sound a long way! Despite being open air, you can clearly hear the detailed conversations and clacking heals of people coming back after 2am. Rooms vary quite a bit in size. The smaller ones do not have any seats or furniture besides the bed. The ammenities are more like check boxes as there aren't too many places in the reading room, weight room, or office space for more than 2 people to use it comfortably. The general feel of the rooms and space is industrial modern, so it has exposed ductwork and piping. It's very much what you'd expect for being on East 6th Street. Definitely check out the top floor's view and use that common space - it's quite large and has better air conditioning. Replies from the business are painfully AI written.

Good Bed was very firm. I love it. Room is spacious. Super clean. Small kitchen. Affordable place. Bad Noisy road. No-one available for checking in. Luckily I tried searching for “Kasa.com” and they have a website and from there managed to go through online check in. Never received an email or text with check in information. The gym: super tiny room with AC off and two yoga map and a couple of weights. A joke. Vending machine in the lobby is convenient but unjustifiably pricey.

Truly disappointed when we arrived to our room to find out that it wasn’t even cleaned properly. There was hair all over the floor bathroom sink. We were left without body wash for the duration of our stay!!! every single time we would ask someone they would say that they would have someone bring it up to us. Some days we would stay waiting for them for hours, and then came to the realization that they were not coming. It was truly annoying that we had to keep on asking every single day to get a body wash and ended up never getting it instead of they offered us a 10% off for our next visit. Honestly, I wouldn’t even think about going there or would recommend anybody to go. Their advertisement on the website is not at all what it is. The gym is not even a gym it looks more like a closet. It’s very humid. The gaming room was locked the whole time. It’s completely arbitrary if there’s a front desk person. One point I found the front desk person on our floor literally just hanging out. It’s a little bit infuriating to be honest, especially when you’re constantly having to look for someone in the front desk to help you truly disappointed.

Likes: Staff was helpful, room was quiet, and location is amazing. It's a great deal for the price. Dislikes: Room was a bit damp and some towels had stains, but when we asked for replacements we got them! Also a general lack of drawers/places to store clothes in the room.
