Amazing new place in Athens The Bell is fabulous, I highly recommend it! The location is amazing and each room is decorated beautifully. They truly have all the details covered for guests and it’s such a privilege to stay there!

My friends and I stayed at the Kasa in their suite and it was nothing less than perfect. It was so clean and they made sure everything was stocked for us. My friends and I were all blown away by their service, hospitality, attentiveness, and their overall kindness. I truly cannot wait to stay there again. Thank you so much Kasa for such an amazing stay!

Absolutely terrible hotel. Staff was incredibly rude to me. We booked 5 rooms for a weekend to come watch the Georgia bulldogs football team. We booked airfare and game tickets based on the fact we had these rooms. They called me and canceled the rooms because they posted the wrong price on vrbo. Confirmed with vrbo that the hotel posted the wrong price. I received not one but 2 emails confirming my stay. I even spoke to the hotel directly because I was trying to book a 6th room and they said they see my reservations. I was also charged the amount they posted on VRBO. The only excuse they gave was sorry we posted the wrong price. That is completely unacceptable. When I explained we were coming from NY and have airline tickets and game tickets booked he said that’s not my problem. I will never book with a kasa property again and we are looking into what legal actions we can take.
