The hotel is nice. Having it run by Kasa is a mess, stay as far away as you can. I have to blame ownership as Kasa is a cost savings decision.
- Couldn't get in with my code at midnight
- Called the help line and was "next in line" for 45 minutes before I gave up.
- Texted the emergency line - heard back 3 hours later.
Horrendous service, that actually borders on being dangerous for guests as I was stuck on the street in the middle of the night for hours.
If there was someone working there, the issue could have been fixed in 2 minutes.
Also if your phone dies and you are staying here and you can't recall your 6 digit access code, you may end up sleeping on the street and I'm not exaggerating.
But hey they did offer me 10% off on my next stay. Joke
