Overall, my stay was enjoyable and the value of the stay met my expectations. My only major frustration was the lack of access to a microwave my food. A communal microwave was provided, but it was in a staff only area and staff controlled, which was uncomfortable. Beyond the discomfort, there was meant to be staff present from 8a-8p every day, but for most of my stay this looked closer to 9a-5p, which meant that I couldn’t warm up food most evenings. This required me to spend money on more and more food, even though I had an excess of leftovers, and waste quite a bit. There were multiple communal areas that were not staff only, and I can’t understand why the microwave wasn’t in one of those areas, offering 24 hour access to guests. Again, overall the stay was enjoyable, and I would recommend this location, but I personally wouldn’t stay here again because I prefer to eat many small, hot meals throughout the day rather than on big meal, and I couldn’t do that here.
